Hindi naman pala malayo 'yung location nung pupuntahan namin. Siguro, thirty minutes lang ang tinagal ng biyahe namin at nakarating na rin kami.
You know what? I am amazed by the exterior of its shop. Malinis tsaka elegant looking. Kaso, mukhang elegant din ata ang presyo. Niyaya na ako ni Pia na pumasok sa shop. As usual, we are greeted by the staffs.
"Hi! We have an appointment to her." sabi ni Pia sa babaeng nasa info desk. Deb was just holding my hand while smiling at me. Funny how she looks more excited than me.
"What appointment po, Ma'am?" asks the lady.
Napabuga ng hangin si Pia sabay taas kilay na tumingin sa amin, "Just tell her it's Pia de Vega."
Oh my, she's a bratinela. Bratinela with a heart naman siguro si Pia. Medyo impatient lang talaga siya. Yung babae naman, agad agad na tumawag sa loob ng isang parang office. I bet she'll call her boss.
Holy f— My eyes enlarged upon seeing who she is referring to. Eh, she's one of the most popular fashion designers I know. How come I didn't even recognize that this big store belonged to her. Am I too absent minded? Anyway, she is so pretty but very intimidating.
Together with her, there are two other women who are also gorgeous and sophisticated to look at. Nanlalamya ako, ah.
She's the Journie Rachele Monteverde, oh my god the owner of the famous Lakbay fashion studio. I am fangirling. I used to watch her videos on youtube and the celebrities she made wedding gowns. I must say that she really is well versed in the profession she has chosen.
"Oh, Hi Pia and Deb! So nice to see you again. The last time we saw each other was Jill's wedding pa," she greeted and stopped, "Wait—where's Jill? Hindi niyo kasama?"
"Ah, no. Jill's with Frank today. And, Journie—I would like you to meet Dennise, she's the one we're talking about remember? Joaquin's fiancé" Deb spoked.
I feel a bit shy when she offers her hand to me..but I readily accepted it. Grabe, I'm shaking. Ganito pala feeling. "Hi, I'm Journie. So nice to meet you Dennise. You're going to be a beautiful bride."
"Wow, thank you. Nice meeting you, Ms. Journie Monteverde." I giggly replied. Then we headed to a small room to discuss about the gown. Nag-excuse muna si Journie dahil marami raming samples daw ang kukunin niya. Sa sobrang dami, sinama siya si Pia at Deb.
Ako tuloy naiwan mag-isa, together with the women who was with Journie earlier. They are smiling at me, so I did. Tapos yung isa lumapit sa akin.
"Hello! I am Madeline. Journie's best friend. And she's Jada, my best friend too." I can say that she's friendly and bubbly. While the woman named Jada just waved her hand to me.
"I am Dennise. Nice to meet you, two." I shyly answered. Yung Jada naman tumabi na rin sa akin.
"How long have you been in a relationship?" Jada coldly asks me. I'm a bit surprised but I manage na hindi ipahalata.
