"Kurapika, Leorio," Gon cried as he ran to the couple. "I'm so happy. I always knew that Leorio would get married first but-but I didn't know you'd get married to each other!" He hugged Kurapika who hugged back. "Gon," he said. "You don't have to cry. Wait, but what did you mean by Leorio getting married first?" Gon laughed but didn't answer. And Kurapika didn't push it. He was happy today.

"Are you coming," Leorio asked. "We're going to start dinner." Gon peeled off of Kurapika and ran to Killua. Kurapika looked at Leorio with a smirk. "May I have my lovely husband's hand," Leorio asked. He held out his hand. Kurapika smiled and took it. "You may."

They walked down to where they would be eating. Immediately, Rosa ran up to them. She hugged them and pulled away. "Oh, mi hijo," she said. "Estoy tan orgullosa de ti. I'm proud of you too Kurapika." Kurapika smiled at her as he held onto Leorio's arm. "Gracias," he replied. Rosa smiled. "You're a smart boy," she said. "You'll fit right into the family." That comment made Kurapika feel warm inside. Family. He had a family now.

Just as he had thought that a pair of twins came over. Leorio's older brothers? No, half-brothers, they didn't have Rosa or Diego's smiles. "Dios mío," one said. He slid is arm around Leorio. "Un hermano homosexual," the other said. Leorio scoffed. "Maybe if you were at the reunion you would know by now," he said. "Noah, Travis. Nice to see you again." The twins looked at each other. "No hablamos inglés," they both said. Leorio rolled his eyes. "That's bullshit," he said. "To translate: 'Eso es mentira.' Ahora habla Inglés. Él no puede entender." "Encargus tú entonces," Travis said. "Oh come on, Leo! You know we're joking."

Kurapika put up his hand and shyly waved. "Uhm hi," he said. The twins looked at him then back at Leorio. They exchanged some words between each other but not to Leorio. "Se parece bastante a una mujer." "Él es muy hermoso." "Eso es gay." "¡No soy gay! Me gustan las mujeres." Leorio put his hands up. "You know what," he said. "Forget it. Come on Kurapika."

Kurapika and Leorio sat at their own table to eat. Their chosen food was good. And the toasts the guests made were spectacular. They carried out the rest of the celebrations. Soon enough, the guest all left, and Kurapika and Leorio made their way home.

Kurapika lied in bed next to Leorio. "Are you sure it's okay that I don't want to have sex," he asked. Leorio nodded. "Yeah," he said. "We always can another time." "But isn't that what couples do after they get married?" "With consent."

Kurapika smiled and snuggled his head into Leorio's chest. "I'll consent to showering together," he said. Leorio pet the back of Kurapika's head. "Maybe later," he replied. "I'm kind of tired. Let's just stay here for a bit." Kurapika hummed.

They lied in silence for a few minutes. Then Kurapika spoke. "You know," he whispered. "I've always felt bad." Leorio glanced at him. "About what," he asked. Kurapika gulped. "I've always felt bad that," he started. "That I was gay. Not because I grew up thinking it was wrong. The Kurta were very accepting. But I only felt bad after they died. Because I wouldn't be able to carry out the Kurta bloodline."

Leorio sighed. "You could donate some sperm," he said. Kurapika looked up at him. "No," he said. "I want to raise a Kurta child." "Kurapika," Leorio sat up. "I don't wish to sound rude but... You can't. We can't." Kurapika also sat up. "Leorio," he said. "Killua told me something. About Greed Island." "What about it?"

Kurapika hesitated before his response. "There's this card," he quietly replied. "A card that-that allows males to-uh have kids. With each other. In short, gay couples, like us, can have kids. Biological kids." "Kurapika," Leorio said. "We got married today. And you're already thinking about kids?" "Leorio I've always been thinking about kids. You know this. You've known this since the day we started dating."

Leorio put his arm around Kurapika and pulled him close. "Yes," he said. "I know. But I just think we should have this conversation another time. The last thing I want is to argue on our wedding night." Kurapika smiled. "Of course," he said. "Can we shower now." Leorio nodded. But as he and Kurapika showered the thought still lingered in the back of his mind. What if?
