"You're coming for Harry's birthday right?" Ginny asked as Lucy gathered her belongings.
"Yeah, Sirius and Remus are hosting it right?" Lucy asked, her knees popping as she stood.
"Yeah," Ginny nodded, "Sawyer's coming too?"
"Uh huh, it's a surprise party, right?"
"Yes, he doesn't know."
"Ok, what're you getting him? I don't have a single idea," Lucy looked at Ginny with pleading eyes.
"I got him a Quidditch jersey," Ginny shrugged.
"That doesn't help me," Lucy groaned, "nevermind, I'll find something."
"Goodluck," Ginny laughed, "do you need help with your bags?"
"No," Lucy shook her head as she boosted them up in her arms, "thanks though."
"Where's Harry?" Lucy asked as they descended the stairs.
"He's out in the gardens with Ron and Hermione, you want me to get him?"
"Nah, it's ok," Lucy shook her head, "I'll write him, just tell him I said bye."
"I will," Ginny said, "if you see Fred and George, remind them they still have a family, will you?"
Lucy laughed.
"We'll wait outside so we don't have to do that protocol bull when Sawyer gets here," Ginny said, making sure to prop the door open as they walked into the front yard.
Sawyer appeared with a pop seconds later, a blinding smile as he saw Lucy.
"Ginny," he greeted as he pulled Lucy into his chest, burying his face into her hair.
"Let me take your bags," he offered, scooping them into his arms.
Free of the excess weight, Lucy turned to hug her best friend.
"Write me when you're home!" Ginny had her arms around her shorter friend tightly, "and be safe!"
"I will," Lucy said warmly, "tell everyone bye for me."
"Ready?" Sawyer asked, he had shrunk her bags and put them into his pocket.
"Yes," Lucy took his outstretched hand.
"Bye, Ginny, we'll see you in a couple weeks," Sawyer waved.
"See ya," Ginny waved.
The next second Lucy's insides twisted and the Burrow disappeared from sight.

"You were gone forever," Sawyer complained as they took their normal seat at Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor.
"Sawyer, I wasn't even gone a week."
"Too long," Sawyer said dramatically.
"Oh, get over it," Lucy giggled, "how's Abe and the bar?"
"Good," Sawyer's face fell, "I could've probably have gone with you, these days we don't get many customers...everyone's scared to leave their homes."
"I don't blame them," Lucy sighed, "have you seen the papers recently? They're miserable."
Sawyer nodded, "Abe said he doesn't want us out long, we should probably go to a couple stores and head home."
Lucy nodded, "ok, I want to see the twin's shop, and I want to get a new club from Quality Quidditch Supplies, I chipped mine at the Burrow."
"What're we getting Harry for his birthday?" Sawyer asked, "I think we can do a joint gift."
