"Well that was no help," Harry said miserably, kicking a stone as they walked up the street.

"I wonder where he is," Lucy frowned, worry creeping into her mind.

"I'm sure he's fine," Sawyer said, "come on, let's get back before people realize we're missing."

"Sawyer's right," Harry said, "we need to get back."

As June progressed, practically all students were buried in textbooks, studying for their exams.

"That's it, I'm going to fail Herbology," Lucy groaned, throwing her textbook across the room in annoyance.

"Go ask Neville for help," Ginny suggested.

"Can't," Lucy sighed.

"Why not."

"He's too nice to say no," Lucy replied, "and he's studying for his O.W.L's."

"Oh, right," Ginny scrunched her nose, "you realize we have to take those next year?"

"Don't remind me," Lucy flopped back onto her bed, "when's our next exam?"

"Astronomy is at midnight and Herbology is tomorrow at ten." Ginny pulled out their exam schedule.

"I can't believe the school year is practically over," Lucy said, "we've got tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday and then it's all over."

"I can't wait to get away from Umbridge," Ginny shoved their schedule into her trunk and pulled out a quaffle throwing it in the air and catching it, "do you think I'll make chaser next year?"

"Of course," Lucy said, "why chaser? What about seeker again?"

"Harry's coming back," Ginny said, "it's not fair for me to take his position, besides I think I'd like to try chaser."

"Oh, I forgot about that," Lucy laughed, "I'm a terrible person."

"Shut up," Ginny snorted, "come on, let's go take a break and get something to eat."

"Lucy!" Ginny shook the redhead, "Lucy! Wake up!"

Lucy shot up to a seated position, knocking Ginny in the mouth with her shoulder.

"Ouch," Ginny whined, rubbing her jaw.

"Sorry," Lucy breathed, reaching out to grab Ginny's free hand, "sorry, what happened?"

"You fell asleep," Ginny frowned, "you were yelling so I woke you up."

The memory came rushing back into Lucy's head.

"Harry!" She gasped, "where's Harry! I need to talk to him!"

"Lucy! Calm down!" Ginny stumbled as the redhead shot to her feet and bolted towards the door, "what's going on?!"

Lucy didn't answer. She had taken off down the staircase into the common room.

"Harry!" She shouted desperately, "has anyone seen Harry?"

"Fifth years are in the Great Hall taking their History of Magic exam," a 7th year rolled her eyes in annoyance.

"Thanks," Lucy breathed as she took off once again, out the portrait hole.

"Lucy!" Ginny screeched, "what's wrong! Slow down!"

Lucy flew down the staircase, nearly knocking Seamus Finnigan over.

"Woah," Seamus grabbed Lucy's arm to keep her from falling, "what's wrong, Lucy?"

"Where's Harry?" Lucy asked, her tone urgent.

"The Hospital Wing would be my guess," Dean said, coming up the stairs behind Seamus, "he collapsed in the middle of the exam."

"Thanks," Lucy said, a pit forming in her stomach.

The two girls quickly made their way to the Hospital Wing.

"Just hold on a second, girls," Madam Pomfrey said, "I've just got to put these potions away and then I'll be over."

"He's not here," Ginny whispered, scanning the room quickly.

"Who's not here?" Luna Lovegood asked from one of the chairs.

Both Ginny and Lucy jumped.

"Sorry, Luna," Lucy gasped, a hand on her chest, "we didn't see you there, have you seen Harry?"

"He left a little whiles ago," Luna said, "I can help you look for him."

"That'd be great, thanks Luna," Lucy smiled, the three girls slipped out of the Hospital wing and began down a corridor.

"He seemed upset," Luna said dreamily, "he was going this way when I passed him."

"Ok," Ginny nodded.

It wasn't that hard finding Harry. The three passed a classroom and immediately heard yelling.

"That's Harry," Lucy whispered.

Ginny nodded, pushing the door open.

"Hi," Ginny said uncertainly as Harry, Ron and Hermione stared at them, "we recognized Harry's voice—what are you yelling about?"

"Nevermind you," Harry said roughly.

Ginny raised her eyebrows.

"There's no need to take that tone with me," she said coolly, "I was only wondering whether we can help."

"Well you can't," said Harry shortly.

"You're being rather rude, you know," Luna said serenely.

Lucy was less serene.

She marched forward, brought her hand up and smacked Harry upside the head.

"Knock it off."

"Lucy!" Harry swore under his breath, "what was that for?"

"You're being an arse," Lucy said simply, "now you better listen or I swear to Merlin I will hit you again...much harder, now apologize to the girls."

"Sorry," Harry grumbled.

"Whatever it is you're planning," Lucy warned, "it's not a good idea."

"And how would you know we're planning something," Hermione interrupted, squinting suspiciously.

"Seriously?" Lucy groaned looking at the brunette, "I thought we were over this! I'm not a death eater!"

Ginny bit back a laugh as Lucy turned back to Harry.

"He has Sirius," Harry said in a pained whisper, "they're torturing him, we have to save him."

Lucy chewed on her lower lip in thought. She knew what would happen if they went to go save Harry's godfather, Sirius Black wouldn't make it out alive.

When she had fallen asleep she had had another one of her dreams.

It was a moment replaying in her head over and over.

The grey eyes of Sirius Black, terrified as he fell backwards through a silky black curtain, as he disappeared, a heart shattering scream came from Harry who was being held back by another man, she couldn't see his face.

A short dream, repeating over and over inside Lucy's mind.

"Luce?" Harry's concern immediately transferred to the younger girl, "are you ok? You're very pale." He brought the back of his hand up to her forehead, "you feel normal..."

"I'm fine," Lucy stepped away from his hand, "just dazed for a second."

Harry frowned, looking unconvinced.

"Lu, what did you have to tell Harry?" Ginny said suddenly.

"Oh," Lucy cringed, she was no longer sure if she wanted to share her dream.

"Well?" Hermione crossed her arms.

"I had a dream...I think...I think, I watched Sirius Black die..."

So sorry this is late, it was difficult trying to decide how the next few chapters will play out. Thanks for being patient! ❤️
