"Hey guys," Ginny put down her bag and sank into the chair at Sawyer's bedside.
"Hey, Ginny," Sawyer greeted, offering her a candy.
"Thanks," Ginny accepted a chocolate frog, "how're you feeling?"
"Fine," Sawyer sighed, "we're waiting for the all clear from Madam Pomfrey, I should be out by tonight."
"Is she sleeping?" Ginny asked, looking at a head of red hair spewing over the side of the bed, and a small frame tucked into Sawyer's side.
"Not anymore," Lucy groaned, burying her head further into the Hufflepuff.
"Sorry," Ginny laughed, "we're having a meeting tonight for you know what."
Grumbling, Lucy sat up, "when?"
"Starts at eight," Ginny said, "they found a room, it's called the Room of Requirement."
"I don't know if that's smart," Lucy frowned, "Sawyer is just getting out of the hospital wing today."
"Lu, I'm fine," Sawyer said, "worse comes to worse, I'll sit out and watch."
"Can you tell Thea, Sid and Macey about it?" Lucy said, "I'm sure they'll want to join."
"Sure," Ginny nodded, "I can't stay, we're trying to get the word out. The room is on the seventh floor, across from the tapestry with the creepy dude. To get in you have to walk past it three times and think of what you need."
"Ok, thanks Gin," Lucy smiled, "we'll try to be there."
Ginny gave a thumbs up and snagged another chocolate frog before leaving.
Lucy kicked her legs off the side of the bed and began cleaning an abandoned chess match.
"You don't know how happy I am that I'm getting released today," Sawyer said, "I've probably fallen so far behind in all my classes."
"I can imagine," Lucy smiled fondly at him, "come on, Madam Pomfrey said we could go for a walk today."
"She did?" Sawyer's eyes brightened.
"No," Lucy smirked, "but we're going anyways."
"She's going to be mad," Sawyer said but stood anyways.
"If we're fast, she might not even realize we left." Lucy threw her cloak around her shoulders.
A mischievous gleam sparked in Sawyer's blue eyes, he slipped on a pair of shoes, and with one quick glance at Madam Pomfrey's office, ran to the door.
In a fit of giggles, Lucy rushed after him.
They ran through the corridors and out into the brisk, autumn afternoon.
Looking around, Sawyer had disappeared from Lucy's line of sight.
In a blind panic, her breathing became labored and she frantically scanned her surroundings.
"Sawyer!" She shrieked, "Sawyer!" Her voice cracked.
All the sudden her feet were lifted from the ground and pulled back into a muscular chest.
She struggled for a moment before catching a whiff of a familiar scent.
Sawyer
His laugh echoed as he put her down, "man, I got you good! You didn't even see it coming...Luce?"
Lucy couldn't help it, tears stung in her eyes as she fell into him. Sawyer's arms wrapped around her trembling body and his hands ran soothingly up her spine.
