"Perfect as usual, Ms. Evans," Snape praised, he turned to Ginny, "you're as helpless as your brothers."

"That's not very nice, Sir," Lucy frowned, "she's trying her best."

Snape's eyes widened and he took a deep breath, "you're right, Ms. Evans, I apologize Ms. Weasley."

He walked away and Ginny turned to Lucy.

"Bloody Hell, if that was anyone else, they would've been in detention until they graduated. What did you do that he likes you that much?" Ginny whisper-yelled.

"Nothing!" Lucy defended.

"You had to have done something," Ginny looked at her, "and how are you so good at potions?"

"I didn't have many friends as Beauxbatons," Lucy laughed, "not any close ones at least, so instead I indulged myself in my classwork. I was the top of my class, all I ever did was study."

"Ew," Ginny laughed, "I could never."

"Bye Gin! I'll see you in Herbology!" Lucy waved to the redhead as she walked into the Defense Classroom.

"We have an hour and a half, what should we do?" Sawyer asked, both he and Lucy had a free period instead of class.

"Library," Lucy said almost immediately, "I need your help with something."

"Ok?" Sawyer said as she dragged him down the corridors, "what exactly?"

"You know how everyone keeps telling me I look exactly like Harry's mum?" Lucy looked at him.

"Lily Evans? Yeah," Sawyer raised his eyebrow at her, "what about it?"

"I found out that there's student records in the library, yearbooks if you will," Lucy said, "I want to see what everyone's talking about."

"You sure that's a good idea?" Sawyer asked.

"Why wouldn't it be?" Lucy frowned, "we're just going to look through some old photos."

"Fine," Sawyer looked unconvinced, "let's go then."

The library was empty, despite a few sixth and seventh years with their noses stuffed in stacks of books.

"Over here," Sawyer led them over to the librarian's desk.

"Good afternoon Madam Pince," Sawyer smiled, "how're you?"

"Oh, hello," the librarian smiled, "I'm doing well, thank you Dear. What can I help you with?"

"We're looking for the student records, can you point us in the right direction?" Sawyer asked.

"The student records?" Madam Pince looked surprised, "my, nobody's asked about those in ages. They're in the very back, right past the aisle on magical diseases."

"Thank you, Madam," Lucy said, tugging on Sawyer's arm.

"Bye," Sawyer said, following his redhead in the direction the librarian pointed them in.

"Here they are," Lucy sighed, pulling out stacks of books and files.

"Do we even know what year we're looking for?" Sawyer asked.

"1974? 1975?" Lucy said, "we should probably start there."

"Sounds like a plan," Sawyer agreed.

"We don't have too much time, we should start looking."

"Ok, I'll start of 1975," Sawyer said, grabbing a book, "here's 1974."

"Thanks," Lucy said, cracking the book open to a random page.
