"Quidditch tryouts are today! Get up!" Ginny practically ripped the curtains off Lucy's four-poster.
"What time is it?" Lucy groaned, rolling over to hide her face in her pillow.
"Seven, come on, up with it," Ginny was now perched at the foot of Lucy's blankets.
"She's right, Lovely, if you don't get up now, you're going to be late."
Lucy shot up immediately, a giant grin across her face.
"Dad!" Her eyes quickly settled on her father, leaning against the bed post.
"Hi, Princess," James wore an identical smile, "long time no see."
"Where have you been!" Lucy accused, "it's been months!"
"Sorry, love, it's harder to keep track of time when you're dead," James said guiltily.
"I'm just happy you're here," Lucy sighed, "where's Mum?"
James shrugged, "she said she was coming, she'll probably be here to watch your tryouts."
"Harry's captain, did you hear?" Lucy said.
Pride swelled in James Potter's eyes, "he got it?" He whispered.
Lucy nodded.
"You two never—"
"He's stressed about today, Harry is," Ginny cluelessly interrupted.
Lucy laughed and sent an apologetic look to her father.
"Yeah, it's because so many people signed up to tryout this season." Lucy said.
"We have more than triple our usual."
"It's because Harry's never been more famous," Lucy said, "since everything with the Ministry came out."
"It's more than that," Ginny said, "he's never been more favorable."
"What does she mean?" James asked in a whisper, even though the other girl couldn't hear him.
"He must've grown at least a foot over the summer, and he has more muscle, not as skinny as he was...I suppose thats because he's living with Remus and Sirius now..."
"She fancies him!" James came to an epiphany, "she fancies Harry!"
Lucy nodded discretely.
James gave Ginny a once over.
"Huh, I guess the thing for redheads was inherent after all, you know, I always thought it was, but your mother would always argue with me. We have a bet, you know, whether or not he would marry a redhead."
"Seems like the odds are in your favor," Lucy giggled.
"He fancies her?" James clarified.
"He has it even worse than she does." Lucy whispered.
"No way!"
"Yes way!"
"Lucy, are you talking to yourself?" Ginny looked over curiously.
"I'm just thinking out loud," Lucy shrugged.
"About what?" Ginny laughed.
"You and Harry," Lucy called back.
Ginny's face immediately turned crimson, "stop! There's nothing going on!"
"Her face says otherwise," James snickered.
"She's just saying that because she has a boyfriend," Lucy explained, "she's liked Harry since she was like ten."
"And Harry?"
