Harry and Ron jumped to their feet, raising their wands at the Slytherin.

"Merlin! Boys!" Lucy scowled, "put down your wands!"

"But Lucy..." Harry started.

"I said, put it down," Lucy glared.

Harry was the first to break eye contact, begrudgingly lowering his wand.

"Before we do this," Draco looked at them tiredly, "can I go to my room and change? I spilt pumpkin juice all over my robes and I want to put on more comfortable clothes."

"Go ahead, Draco," Aberforth nodded.

"Thanks," Draco said, disappearing around the corner and into his room.

"His room!" Harry freaked, "why does he have a room!"

"Oi! Shove it, will you?" Lucy rolled her eyes.

The room fell silent as they waiting for the blond to return.

When he came back, he squeezed into the small space between Lucy and the arm of the couch.

"I don't think you fit there," Lucy laughed lightheartedly, scooting closer to Sawyer to make more room.

"Alright then," Hermione's voice was timid, "what's going on?"

"Yeah!" Harry echoed, "why is Malfoy here!"

"Potter," Draco said calmly, "you are currently a guest in your sister's house, would it kill you to show some respect?"

"Sister..." Sirius trailed of, "he knows."

"How does he know?" Remus asked, looking up at them.

"I live here," Draco answered, "Lucy and I became friends last year, when I ran away from home, I didn't know where to go, so I came here."

"Since when we're you friends?" Ron blurted out, "you captured her for Umbridge last year."

"He's the reason we got away," Lucy defended, "and he didn't capture me."

"What do you mean he's the reason we got away?" Hermione asked.

"He gave her her wand," Sawyer said, "so that she was able to distract the rest of the room to get the rest of your wands."

Harry looked unconvinced, "what if this is all just a scheme."

Lucy shook her head, "I trust him."

"But what about his father, he's a death eater."

"My father is as good as dead to me," Draco said bitterly, "he's in Azkaban, where I hope he rots."

The tension in the room was unbearable.

Sirius and Remus seemed to understand that there was a dire need for a topic change.

"What's Poppy going to do about Katie?" Remus asked.

"Katie?" Draco's nose scrunched, "Katie Bell? What happened to her."

"She's been cursed," Sawyer said.

Sirius nodded, "she's not in the best shape as of now, we're hoping she'll pull through but everything's speculation right now."

"That's horrible," Draco's jaw set, "do you have any idea who did it?"

"Yeah," Harry scoffed, "you."

Draco stared at him for a second before breaking into laughter.

"Me?" He laughed, "you think I did it? You think I would want to support them after what happened to me? Are you that naïve?"
