"Gwenog Jones! Lucy! We just met Gwenog Jones! And she's going to watch us play!"
"I know!" Lucy couldn't contain her excitement, "I can't believe she's going to be at our next game!"
"Thorton! Why aren't you jumping with us?" Ginny complained, glaring at the Hufflepuff.
"I thought she was full of herself," Sawyer's nose crinkled in distaste, "didn't make a good impression."
Lucy glared at him.
"She's allowed to be full of herself!" Ginny exclaimed, "have you seen her fly! She's bloody brilliant!"
"Just saying," Sawyer shook his head, "doesn't kill to be humble."
"Says you," Ginny teased, "Sawyer Thorton, the most humble person I know."
"I'm not," Sawyer mumbled, "I'm just saying, she didn't need to point out how if she wasn't on the team they would 'suck Merlin's saggy tits'...seven times."
Lucy and Ginny broke out into howling laughter.
"Gin! Hey! Ginevra!"
The three of them turned to see Dean Thomas running towards them.
"I'll catch up with you guys later," Ginny sighed, "goodnight Sawyer."
"Night, Gin," Sawyer said, waving to Dean Thomas.
"Hey, mate!" Dean waved back, grabbing Ginny's hand.
"Ready?" Sawyer asked, putting his arm around Lucy's shoulder, "I'll walk you back."
Lucy groaned and buried her face in his robes.
"What's the matter with you?" Sawyer chuckled, pushing her hair from her face.
"You should come with me," Lucy pouted.
"I can't, love," Sawyer laughed, kissing her head, "you know boys can't get into the girl's dormitories."
"Stupid rule," Lucy grumbled, "I'll come with you then?"
Sawyer seemed to think it over for a moment before he shook his head, "I don't think that's the best idea, Lu, I don't really trust my dorm mates, they're not exactly mature."
"Ok, ok," Lucy nodded, tugging on his hand, "come on."
"Lucy, curfew is in a couple minutes..." Sawyer started.
"Oh, shove it Thorton," Lucy grinned, "scared to get in trouble now?"
"No," Sawyer ran his free hand through his hair with a smirk, "lead the way, Evans."
They rushed through the corridors, their laughter echoing through the hall.
"Where are we going?" Sawyer laughed as they ran up a staircase.
"You'll see," Lucy's eyes sparkled, "just come on!"
"There's so many staircases in this castle," Sawyer groaned, "Lucy, please, slow down!"
"Come on, we're almost there," Lucy grabbed his cheeks and kissed his forehead, "love you."
"Love you."
"Race ya," Lucy pulled away, running up the stairs, her emerald eyes shining.
"Not fair!" Sawyer complained, "you're the athlete!"
