Chapter 22
'Okay' that was the end of Lizzie and Matt's conversation.
"Josh can you drive me to the hospital now?" You ask Josh.
"Yup lets go!" Josh drives you to the hospital.
"Can I help you?" The girl behind the desk asks you. You tell the girl what happened and she leads you and Josh to a room.
"The doctor will be with you shortly." She leaves. The doctor comes in.
"Hello Lizzie, and Josh!"
"Hi."
"Lets look at your finger." He takes a look.
"Is that an engagement ring?"
"No, it's a promise ring!"
"Oh I see. Your finger is healing nicely. We can take the stitches out today!" He starts taking the stitches out.
"Thanks!"
"Your welcome!" You and Josh leave and go home.
"So what's your plan tomorrow Liz?"
"Umm, work and Matt and I are going out for lunch. Why?"
"Nothing I was just wondering. Can't I know what my girlfriend is doing tomorrow?"
"No!" You say jokingly.
"Oh and why not?"
"Because I said so!" Josh starts tickling you.
"Ahh Josh!"
"What is it peasant?" He continues to tickle you.
"I can't breathe!" Still tickling you.
"Josh!" The doorbell rings. Josh gets up and answers the door. It's Mike.
"What's up?"
"Jo-" Mike falls. Josh catches him.
"Wow Mike? You okay?" He picks Mike back up. There's blood all over Joshs hands, and Mikes stomach.
"WOW! LIZZIE CALL 911! NOW!" Lizzie gets up and dials.
"What's wrong Josh?"
"I don't know Mikes bleeding and he just fainted!"
*on the phone*
"Hello 911 emergencies. What's your emergency?"
"Hi my friend is bleeding a lot through his stomach and he fainted!"
"Where do you live?" You give the girl your address.
"Okay the paramedics will be there shortly." You both hang up.
"They're on there way Josh."
"Okay." Josh lays Mike on the ground.
