Chapter 39
Josh wakes up, and walks to the kitchen to see Lizzie looking at multiple books.
"Rise 'n' shine Joshy!" Lizzie says.
"Good morning beautiful!" Josh kisses Lizzie then sits down next to her.
"Can I ask what you're doing?" Josh asks.
"Looking through a bunch of wedding magazines."
"Oh." Josh yawns. (Wow that was creepy, when I wrote yawn I yawned!)
"Do you know who you want for your groomsmen?" Lizzie asks.
"Umm Matt as my best man, Mike, Ian, and Alex. What about your bridesmaids?"
"Nicole's my maid of honour, Toby, Sara, and Ange."
"Who are we inviting?" Josh asks.
"I don't want a big wedding, so maybe just close family and friends?"
"Works good for me!"
"Speaking of family I need to call mine!" Lizzie calls her family.
*On the phone*
"Hey Liz!"
"Hey mom! I have some news and I want to tell the whole family, can you put it on speaker?"
"Are you pregnant?!" Lizzie's mom asks shocked.
"No! Just put it on speaker!"
"Okay.... There you're on speaker!"
"Hey everyone!"
"Hi Lizzie!"
"Okay I have some news!"
"What is it?"
"Okay you know how Josh and I went on a trip to Paris?"
"Yes!"
"Josh proposed, and.... We're engaged!"
"Congratulations! How'd he do it?"
"Thank you! And that doesn't need to be discussed right now!"
"Uhh okay."
"Toby?"
"Yea?"
"Will you be one of my bridesmaids?"
"Of coarse!"
"And Alex?"
"I don't want to be your bridesmaid, I'm a dude!"
"I wasn't going to ask you that!"
"What were you going to ask me?"
"Josh wants you to be one of his groomsmen, will you?"
"Yes."
"Okay! Yay! And dad?"
"Yes?"
"Will you walk me down the isle?
"Of coarse I will Lizzie!"
"Thank you!"
"Your welcome!"
"Next time I see you Toby, I have a couple stories! Well I love you guys! But I gotta go make breakfast for Josh and I! Love you!"
"We love you to Lizzie!"
"Bye!"
"Bye!" They both hang up.
"Well Alex said he'd be one of your groomsmen!"
