After everything with Boyd, Derek left and I haven't heard from him. I had no energy to go to school, I just wanted to stay home. But I knew I wasn't doing myself no good by doing that and I need to stop worrying about others and start worrying about myself. This is going to be hard because all my life I've worried about others before myself.

I missed the first half of school but I decided to go for the rest of it. So I quickly got dressed.

I've noticed when I arrived here and before I became an Alpha, I always wanted to wear something with a sparkle to it

I've noticed when I arrived here and before I became an Alpha, I always wanted to wear something with a sparkle to it. Now, I've been into leather and dark colors. Mom said when you transition into an Alpha, not everything stays the same. My interests and personality will change as I become more and more invested in it. She also said werewolves look better in leather than sparkles. I'd have to agree because if you look at Derek, Aiden, and Ethan they all look good in leather.

~Beacon Hills High School~

I walked into the empty halls, I heard a few voices up ahead. I know I should go to class, but that's Ethan's voice and I know those scents anywhere; Scott and Stiles.

"Why are you even talking to me? I helped kill your friend. How do you know I'm not gonna kill another one?" Ethan asked.

stiles looked appalled, "Is he looking at me?" he became defensive, "Are you threatening me? Do you know what I'm gonna do? I'm going to break off an extra-large branch of mountain ash, wrap it in wolfsbane, roll it in mistletoe, and shove it up your freaking–"

Scott interrupted, "Whoa, Stiles! Okay, we get it. We're talking to you because I know that you didn't want to kill Boyd. And I think that if something like that happened now, you wouldn't do it again."

"You don't know what we owe them–especially Deucalion. We weren't like Kali and Ennis when we met him. We weren't Alphas." Ethan said.

"What were you?" Scott asked.

"...Omegas. In actual wolf packs, Omegas are the scapegoats–the last to eat, the one who has to take the abuse from the rest of the pack."

Stiles nodded his head, "So, you and your brother were, like, the bitches of the pack?"

"Something like that."

"What happened?" Scott asked.

"They were killers. I mean, people talk about us as monsters. Well, they were the ones who gave us the reputation... And our Alpha was the worst of them."

"Why didn't you just fight back?" stiles asked shrugging, "Form Voltron-Wolf, you know? Kick everyone's asses?"

"We couldn't. We didn't know how to control it back then."

"Deucalion taught you," Scott said.

"Not just Deucalion, his brother, David. But after we learned to control, Deucalion had us fight without David's knowledge. We took down the whole pack, one-by-one. And, by the time we got to our Alpha, he was begging for his life... And we tore him apart. Literally." Ethan explained.

"What about your Emissary?" Scott asked, Ethan, shook his head no in response.

"They're all dead? Kali and Ennis' too?" Scott asked worriedly.

"All of them except for Deucalion's."

"You mean Morrell?" Stiles said referring to the guidance counselor.

I heard Ethan holler in pain, I went to step out from where I hid when I began hearing these words repeat over and over; Virgins, Warriors, Healers, Philosophers, and Guardians. I looked up and saw Ms. Blake but when I blinked she was–she was something else. I quickly blinked so I didn't have to look at that figure and, there was nothing there. I rushed out of the building and went home.

~The Night of The Recital~

My mom helped me get ready for the recital, I received a text from Stiles that Cora is in the hospital and he wants me to check on her for him

My mom helped me get ready for the recital, I received a text from Stiles that Cora is in the hospital and he wants me to check on her for him. So, I left the house early and made my way to the hospital.

"My, my, don't you look beautiful. What are you doing here honey?" Melissa asked, giving me her attention.

"Stiles wants me to check on Cora. It will be quick and then I'm off to the recital."  I assured.

She nodded and gestured for me to follow her. We walked over to a door that was barely opened, and she motioned me in before leaving. I walked in, the room was barely lit.

"Cora, Stiles wanted me to... Oh, I'm sorry. I'll um, I'll come back."

"Wait!" Derek shouted. I stood facing the door, I could feel him walk up behind me. A cold hand placed itself on my right shoulder causing a shiver down my back. "I'm sorry for not telling you I was alive."

I scoffed, "Your not the first one to not tell me that. But, I forgive you Derek because I care about you too much to lose you for real. But can you forgive me?"

He furrowed his eyebrows, "Forgive you for what?"

"This," I jumped in his arms, wrapping mine around his neck, and kissed him. It felt good but now... somethings wrong.
