I've been spending a lot of time with Derek, but I feel like he is hiding something from me. He's been hanging with Erica and this really cute boy with curly dirty blonde hair, and blue eyes named Isaac. I could smell that they were freshly turned werewolves, but I know that Derek couldn't have done it because he has blue eyes. So, who did?

Scott had this feeling that Derek was turning people into werewolves, but you can't turn people unless you're an alpha, right? Of course, I wouldn't know. I received a call from Scott which was a little unusual, but more logical than him calling my brother. He asked me to meet him at the Ice Rink, I accepted instantly because I LOVE the cold and ice.

I see Scott talking to Boyd, the boy I see eating lunch alone all the time. As I was about to walk out onto the ice, three figures walk up, Erica, Isaac, and... Derek. He looked handsome with his jet black spiked hair, skinny jeans, and a leather jacket. I quickly took my tan ankle booties off and started to step out onto the ice. The first person to look towards me was Derek, my first thought was, 'I really should change my perfume'. But then he turned his attention back towards Scott as if I wasn't there. So, I walked up beside Scott with my arms crossed letting them know if they mess with him, then they mess with me.

“Erica, how's life been for you since we met?” Derek asked still making eye contact with me.

Erica replied dramatically, “Hmm. In a word? Transformative.” She bared her fangs.

I will not deny that part of me did want to rip her to shreds, and I've never had that feeling before. But, it was only for a second until Isaac spoke, then her words floated out of my head.

“Isaac?” Derek asked.

Isaac smirked as he leaned, “Well, I'm a little bummed about being a fugitive... but, other than that, I'm great.”

Scott sighed, looking at me, “Okay, this isn't exactly a fair fight.”

Derek smiled in satisfaction, “Then go home. Both of you.”

I scoffed, turning to Scott, “He meant, fair for them.”

Scott pounded on the ice aggressively, shaking it beneath. I went after Erica and Scott went after Isaac. As Scott and Isaac were throwing punches, Erica and I started to circle each other.

“I noticed the way Derek looks at you. If I were you, I would jump on that,” she said smiling.

My wolf inside me keeps saying, 'Kill her. She's going to take your man. Rip her apart now. Now's your chance.' I shifted, which caused her to look in shock. I went to charge at her when I smelt blood, I turned and saw Derek with his foot on top of Scott's throat. I couldn't believe my eyes. The man I'm seeing right now is not the man I met in that burnt-down house that night. Before I could let out a growl, I felt a kick to my ribs causing me to yip in pain as I fell over, shifting back into human form. The last thing I saw before I completely blacked out was Boyd lifting his shirt and revealing to Scott that he had a bite mark.
