Scott and Stiles are sweating after having to run to the nearest gas station, which happened to be closed. Scott managed to break the chain that locked the gas pump, while Stiles attempted to get into the gas station.

Stiles returned to the pump. "Locked."
"You got a twenty?" Scott asked.
Stiles dug through his pocket and found one, wedging it in between the doors of the gas station to pay for the gas they were pumping.
"There was a pin. There was one little metal pin attached to the scaffolding. He was trying to pull me down." Stiles tried to explain what happened between him and Donovan.
Scott nodded. "He was trying to kill you."
"Yes... and then I pulled the pin... and all these metal braces came down. And one of them just... just went right through him." Stiles hesitated as he told what happened.
"Why didn't you think you could tell me?"
Stiles sighed. "It was just the way you were looking at me that night... Do you know? You were standing there with a wrench in your hand, and you were looking at me like I just bashed your head in with it. You know, like I'd broken your sacred rule, and that's it– there's no going back... The only one who believed me was Leia."
Scott looked at Stiles with seriousness. "Stiles... I know the difference."
"What?"
"I know what self-defense is."
-Lydia's Mindscape/Beacon Hills High School-
Meredith and Lydia are walking over to the bookshelf where all the seniors sign their initials during Senior Scribe. When the two of them approached the bookshelf, the shelf was completely blank.
"Our names are gone. Our initials"
Meredith gives her a grim look. "Not just you and your friends– everyone."
"What am I supposed to do? How do I save them?"
"Don't be afraid..." Meredith's voice echoes through the room.
Lydia walks to the balcony and finds Meredith lying on a table, looking at Lydia. Theo stood there with glowing eyes, fangs, and claws, he was standing over her. He looked at Lydia and growled menacingly as he swung his hang back toward Meredith.
"No, don't–!" Lydia gasped in fear.
Theo ripped out Meredith's throat and Lydia let out a wail so loud it rumbled everything around her.

Suddenly, a light bulb explodes in Lydia's room. Nurse Cross and Schrader rush through the doors to the closed unit.
