~Argent Arms International~

Chris is setting up sensors throughout the warehouse while they wait for the assassins to show up. I was going to head back home, but Scott and Chris didn't think it was safe enough for me especially at a time like this. Scott pulled a chair up for me to sit on. When I sat down Brett walked over to me with caution, "Are... are you cold?" he asked nicely.

I looked up at him, "A little..." When he went to take his jacket off Braeden interrupted.

"If I were you I'd keep that on." her eyes looked behind him. Brett and I followed her gaze and Scott was staring intensely.

Once Braeden walked away, I spoke up. "Brett, don't pay any attention to him. We're going through a tough time right now, so we're both..."

"...protective of one another," he interjected.

"Exactly," I smiled.

Once Brett walked away Scott came over and knelt in front of me. He placed his hands on my knees, "Why didn't you stay home?" he asked quietly.

"It's a long story. I don't think you will understand."

"We're in this together..." he placed his right hand on my belly, "We're in it till the end."

We put our foreheads together, I whispered to him, "What if the end is almost here?"

Just then Kira spoke aloud, "Am I the only one still hoping this is a false alarm? I mean, it's possible we could wait here all night and nothing happens... right...?"

Braeden comes over to us as Scott stands up, "Scott, you heard anything from Stiles or Lydia yet?"

"Lydia's still talking to Meredith. Stiles and Malia are headed to the lake house. They're trying to stop it." Scott informed her.

"What if there is no stopping it? What if it doesn't end until we're all dead?" Brett asked. I was worried he was right. I started rubbing my big belly.

"Then let's send a message... Let's make something clear to anyone with a copy of that list. It doesn't matter if they're professional assassins, hunters, or an amateur who just picked up a gun-" he said holding up a gun. "Anyone who thinks they can hunt and kill us for money is gonna be put on another list- our list. They get to be a name on our Deadpool." Derek ranted.

~Beacon County Sheriff's Station~

At the Sheriff's Station, Peter, Lydia, and Stilinski are looking at Meredith through the one-way mirror. She is sitting in the interrogation room with Parrish by the door. "Her? That's the girl that stole my money?" Peter asked doubtfully.

"That girl is a Banshee. They're more dangerous than you think."

Peter rolled his head towards Lydia, "Oh, I think that girl's pilot light went out a long time ago." he looked at Stilinski, "Sheriff, not to question the unquestionably sterling reputation of your department, but are you absolutely sure you got the one?" Peter asked sarcastically.

"How about you just go in there and see what she has to say?"

"Okay..." Peter said as he made his way into the interrogation room.

~Interrogation Room~

The first thing Peter asked when he entered was, "Meredith, where's my money?" Once he sat down he said, "Or more correctly, what's left of it...?"
