Chapter Eighty-Four: Mexico Part Two

~Warehouse~

Peter was too antsy and didn't want to wait any longer. So Liam called Mason and asked him to go check on Lydia. They began to load up, "I need to be back there with Derek and Liam— I've got some experience dealing with out-of-control teen Werewolves. You gonna be okay riding with Peter?" Stiles asked.

Malia nodded, "He is my father. Maybe we could do some bonding."

Stiles firmly said, "No. No bonding. Play the radio. Play it loud." He instructed.

Peter looked at everyone before getting in the car, "Remember what we're dealing with—it's not just Kate, it's Berserkers. You might see human eyes behind those skulls... do not assume there's any humanity left. Oh... this little one is terrified of them, aren't you?" Peter asked Liam. Liam didn't reply he just stared. "Don't worry my friend. It is all that fear that will keep you alive. A reminder to everyone? You do not fight Berserkers to survive— you fight to kill." Peter said as he got in the car and closed the door.

Liam was on the phone with Mason, "Yeah her cars here. You want me to look around the school and see if I can find her?" Mason offered.

"Yeah. Call me as soon as you find her."

~On The Road~

Braeden is driving the van, while Stiles, Derek, and Liam are in the back. Derek chained down Liam with handcuffs, "All good?"
Liam tested them and nodded. "Okay. Now, I brought something to help you." He pulled the triskelion from his pocket and placed it in Liam's hand. "This has been with my family for centuries— it's a very powerful supernatural talisman. We use it to teach Betas how to control themselves on a full moon."

Liam looked over at Stiles questioningly, Derek gives him a look. "...Yes, it's powerful. Very powerful." Stiles said awkwardly. Stiles phone vibrated, when he opened the text he couldn't believe what he read.

-Hey Stiles, it's Leia. I'm in Mexico looking for Scott and Kira. Be careful when you come here.-

Stiles ran his fingers through his hair, "Oh no."

"What is it?" Derek asked.

"Leia's there." He informed Derek and Liam.

~Beacon Hills High School~

Mason wanders around checking each classroom. As he was walking by the stairs he saw Lydia's phone in the stairwell. He tries to turn it on when he sees a photo of a Berserker. Suddenly a large shadow hovers over him, followed by a monstrous growl. He turns around and sees a Berserker standing in front of him.

~On The Road~

Night falls and they're still on the road. "Do you mind if I turn down the radio?" Peter asked yelling over the music. Malia looked at him as he turned it down. "You worried about Stiles?"

"I'm worried about everyone."

"Do I need to be worried about you? We have to go through Berserkers to get to Kate. Then, we have to go through Kate to get to Scott and Kira. Trust me— it's going to get messy." Peter explained.

"Scott says we don't kill people..." Malia said.

"You think Scott wouldn't kill for Kira? You and I both know he would kill anyone for Leia... and his girls." He looked at Malia, "Would you kill to save Stiles?" Malia doesn't have an answer and looks up at the full moon instead. "What is it?" Peter asked.
