-Underground Tunnels-

Liam is walking around the tunnels, searching for the Dread Doctors' operating theater. He turns corner after corner as he notices he is walking in a circle. He turned the corner once more and came face to face with Scott, Devana, and Allie.

"You lost?" Scott asked.

Liam looked shocked. "...Completely. How did you guys know I was down here?" Liam asked.

"We followed you," Scott said.

"Why are you following me?" Liam asked.

Scott ignored the question. "Why are you down here?"

Liam sighed. "I'm just trying to figure out if this is where they took us. Me, Hayden, and Leia. Malia said she was down here, too– that the scent was the same. She said you were right."

Scott smiled at Liam. "Uh, there's a turn you keep passing. It's easy to miss."

Liam furrowed his eyebrows. "How many times did you watch me pass it?"

"Five," Scott admitted. Devana and Allie laughed. Scott patted Liam on the shoulder. "Come on. Let's see if we can find it together." Scott and Liam head down the tunnel to find the operating theater.

-Fort Jewett Army Base-

Braeden, Malia, Theo, and I have arrived at the base. Braeden is looking through her night-vision goggles. "No guards. No lights. This place looks completely abandoned."

"That should be easier for us, right?" Malia asked.

"Not necessarily. Especially if she knows we're coming. You're sure this is the place you saw?" Braeden grimly said.

"Unless there's another Fort Jewett..." Malia said.

"Maybe she left. Maybe Deaton's already gone." Theo nervously said.

Malia shakes her head. "I'm not walking away on a maybe."

"And I'm not walking in on so much uncertainty," Braeden said frustrated.

"You said you've been after her for years."

"And why do you think it's been years? Because she knows what she's doing." Braeden sternly said. "She took Scott's boss for a reason. We don't know what that is. We don't know if she's back in Beacon Hills because she missed you all the time and can't wait for a mother-daughter reunion, or if she's planning to put a bullet in your head. We don't know anything." Braeden tried to reason with Malia.

"We know one thing– we know where she is. I'm going in. I have to." Malia sets off into the Army base as Braeden, Theo, and I follow after her.
