Lydia is wading through the creek in the Beacon Hills Preserve. "Tell me where you are, Lydia. Tell me what you see." Valack said.
Lydia who is dazed replies. "The bridge..."
Valack is sitting at her bedside as he continues to walk her through her premonition. "Keep moving. Describe what you find. Tell me what he did."
Valack takes a piece of gauze and presses it to the still-bleeding wound he drilled in her head, just above her ear. Lydia, who is gazing at the ceiling, winces and draws in a harsh breath.
"Stay focused, Lydia."
"What did you do to me?" She asked.
Valack takes the bloody gauze and sets it on the bedside table next to the trephination drill. "I've amplified your abilities. Something that might just save the lives of your friends. Now, focus on the fridge. On Theo. Why did he let his sister die?"
Lydia said weakly, "I don't know..."
"You don't see it yet. Search for it, Lydia. Keep looking. Why did he let her die? What did he want?"
Suddenly, Theo's sister pops up out of the water. She grabs Lydia by the wrist, causing Lydia to jump back and scream in terror. The young girl rises out of the water, her eyes blackened from decomposition. Her chest has been punched open, leaving her ribs broken and a large hole right in the middle.
"Her heart. He wanted her heart."
Valack was intrigued by the information, he picked up a medical chart off the nearby table and flipped through it. Skimming the pages, "There's no record of a heart condition... But a transplant would make Theo a genetic Chimera like the others. The hypothermic conditions would keep the organ viable... But why him? Why choose a ten-year-old willing to kill his own sister?"
"Why do you care?" Lydia asked.
Valack started to lose his patience. "Because Theo was the first step in the right direction for the Dread Doctors. Think of who they are– Parascientists who have prolonged their lives and twisted the laws of nature in pursuit of one goal: the creation of the perfect killer. And now they've done it."
"But Theo doesn't know who the success is... The last Chimera..." Lydia weakly said.
"It doesn't matter. There's a reason they chose him, a reason he failed, a reason why they changed their methods, a reason they finally succeeded. It all starts with Theo."
-Outside Eichen House-
One of the security guards shuts the gate of Eichen House. As he starts walking up the front steps, another security guard radios him. "South Gate clear, over."
Before he could respond the gate opened behind him. He noticed the lock was broken, but it had a slimy liquid on it. As he went to radio the other security guard, Tracy came up behind him and attacked him.
The security guard at the South Gate heard buzzing on the radio. He knew something wasn't right, so he grabbed his taser from his belt and whipped it out in front of him. Suddenly, Josh jumped down in front of him. The guard went to tase Josh but nothing happened. Josh was siphoning the electricity from the taser.

He shocks the security guard, and as the guard falls to the ground Josh roars in satisfaction.
-Inside Eichen House-

Tracy, Josh, and Corey walk up to Shrader who is at the front desk. "Visiting hours are well past over..." He looks up to find Josh and Tracy who is half Kanima.

"We're not here to visit."
Theo walked out in front of his pack with a smug look. "We're here for Lydia Martin."
-With Lydia and Valack-
Valack continues to question Lydia. "When did you know for sure? That the Dread Doctors had succeeded?"
"Scott and Stiles found out that night..."
"That night of the supermoon."
"But they really didn't know it yet. There was too much going on. Liam had almost killed Scott. Kira was still gone. Malia was trying to find the Desert Wolf..." she informed.
"You were missing," Valack added.
"And Sheriff Stilinski was dying..."
-Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital-
(Present Day)
Sheriff Stilinski was soaked in blood, especially around his stomach. He's being wheeled into the operating room so they can prepare him for surgery. "All right, we've got a liver lac and perforated intestine..."
The Sheriff tries to remove the oxygen mask. "Where's my son?" He asked, weakly.
"We're taking care of you, Sheriff, but you have to keep your oxygen mask on. Contact the blood bank and type and cross-match for four units of O-neg." Dr. Geyer instructed.
Sheriff whispered aloud. "Where's my son? Where's Stiles?"
-Reception Area-
Stiles is filling out paperwork at the nurse's station. "Stilinski, right? You said his insurance was with the county? He's a deputy?"
Stiles was irritated. "No, he's the Sheriff. He's the county Sheriff, okay? He's covered. I mean, he should be covered."
Laurie noticed Stiles was arguing with the nurse and called for Melissa. Melissa rushed over to calm him down. She takes the paperwork from the nurse. "I'll take care of it." She said, giving the nurse a sympathetic smile.
Melissa turns to address Stiles, who is overwhelmed with everything that is happening. "I texted Scott. He's coming as soon as he can. I can call Malia?"
"No, no, no. Don't call anyone." Stiles freaked as he paced around the hallway.
The nurse returns, interrupting Melissa and Stiles' conversation. "Is there anyone else we should notify? A next of kin?"
Stiles shook his head. "No, it's me. It's just me."
