Natalie grabbed an urn from off the shelf and hands it to Lydia, "These are your grandmother's ashes..."

Lydia held the urn carefully, "Grandma died at Eichen house?"

Natalie nodded her head slowly, "Your father had a difficult relationship with his mother... But, after the things she said, and the way she acted..."

"He thought she was crazy." Lydia interrupted.

"Well, she said she heard things."

"Why did she want her ashes in here?" Lydia questioned.

"Well, actually, she didn't. She left instructions to have them spread across the lake." Natalie informed.

"How come you haven't done it?" Lydia asked confused.

"Because she wanted you to do it... When you turned eighteen. Don't ask me why. But, since there are only a few weeks 'til that, I suppose now is as good a time as any." Natalie said.

Lydia opened the urn, her eyes widen. "...Mom, these aren't grandma's ashes."

Natalie look puzzled, "What do you mean? Of course, they are."

"No..." she takes a handful of the mysterious ashes and throws it towards the water, but instead of going into the water, it formed a line across the deck.  "Its mountain ash. The whole building— it's all made of mountain ash." Lydia said shocked.

"You sure you can pull the trigger fast enough?" Kate asked with a smirk.

"I don't want to."

"You're not going to kill me."

"I'm not going to let you take his body," Chris said grinding his teeth.

"Okay, well... Obviously, you guys have a lot to talk about... I saw some coffee, a vending machine outside...?" Stiles said trying to defuse the situation.

"Listen to me, Kate— we have a plan," Chris said.

"If killing Scott was part of it, then you're worse than me," Kate said.
