As the party raged on, a certain purple-haired dragon slayer was sipping on a cup of sake while a little girl fiddled on her lap.
"Tea, are you excited? Old man is Master again!" Asuka cheered.
Galatea smiled at small girl.
"Which Old Man are you talking about?" Galatea said, pretending to be confused.
Asuka clapped her hands and pointed at Makarov, who was guzzling wine with Cana.
"Ah, I see." Galatea said, "Do you think he'll be a better Master than Macao?"
Asuka nodded her head frantically, making the dragonslayer chuckle. The young Connell smiled brightly at the dragonslayer and reached her small hands up, squishing Galatea's cheeks. Asuka's actions made Galatea giggle, as Asuka patted and squished her cheeks.
"You seem good with kids."
Galatea looked up at Freed who was standing at her and Asuka's table.
The dragon slayer nodded to the best of her abilities and gestured for Freed to sit down. He did so, and looked at the happy child on Galatea's lap.
"Are you close with Asuka?" Freed asked.
Asuka's hands slowly fell from Galatea's cheeks, as she was getting tired. Galatea wrapped an arm around Asuka, supporting her back and legs. Asuka's head fell onto Galatea's chest, causing Galatea to smile a little.
"Yeah. She was really excited about a new member when I joined." Galatea explained, rubbing circles on Asuka's back. "Asuka's a pretty important part of my life."
Freed gave Galatea a small smile.
The rest of the Thunder Legion came and took a seat.
"Alright! The Thunder Legion is back in action!" Bickslow cheered.
Galatea glared at Bickslow.
"Shush, you're gonna wake Asuka if you're that noisy." Galatea scolded.
Bickslow grinned, but lowered his tone.
"You'd make a good parent." He teased.
Galatea gave him another glare.
"I'm 21." Galatea muttered, "That's way to young to have kids."
Evergreen smiled.
"Agreed." Evergreen said, "But you are unnaturally good with kids."
Galatea a sheepish grin.
"I guess it comes naturally." Galatea said, looking away.
Laxus raised a brow, surprised at the normal sleepy woman being flustered. He was curious about why exactly Galatea was embarrassed about being good with kids. It didn't seem like something to be embarrassed about to him.
"I FORBID IT!"
The group looked over at Macao who had angrily yelled at Romeo.
"Come on, we have the Tenrou Team with us. Gildarts wanted us to be Number One, and this is the way to do it!" Romeo said.
"Excuse me, what are you two talking about?" Makarov asked.
"The Grand Magic Games!" Romeo said, excitedly. "Its a tournament that's held every year to determine the top guild in Fiore."
"I'm in!" Natsu yelled.
"No!" Macao yelled, "Listen, everyone who thinks we shouldn't join the tournament, raise your hand!"
The entire guild, outside of Team Tenrou and Romeo raised their hands. Laxus noticed that Galatea had gotten up and returned a sleeping Asuka to Bisca and Alzack. Her hand wasn't raised, and she didn't look pleased.
