-A FEW HOURS LATER-
“Oh oh guys!” Luke said. “What man?” Brittany asked.
“It’s 11:58, Turn on the TV!” Luke said. “Yes ma’am.” Brittany said.
“I’M NOT A GIRL!” Luke said. Ignoring the loud mouth, Brittany grabs the remote and turns on the TV.
It’s on the news channel talking about the new years.
“So, what’s the best thing that’s happened to you guys for this year?” Brittany asked.
“Easy, meeting you all, oh and falling in love with Brittany.'' Luke said.
“AH LOVE?! Wait no I shouldn’t be surprised by that.” Brittany said.
“How many times will it take until your words won’t shoot me down?” Luke asked.
“Until I feel like loving you back.” Brittany smiles, as she kisses Luke on the cheek.
“I’LL TAKE IT!” Luke said as he’s face turned beet red. Everyone laughs at Luke.
“NOT FUNNY! NOT FUNNY AT ALL!” Luke said, burying his face in a pillow.
“Like Luke said, I’m happy I got to meet you all and make things better between me and Adam.” Brittany said.
“Aww so thoughtful!” Adam said. “Hehe I know!” Brittany said.
“Ew you giggled..” Luke said. Brittany elbows Luke in the stomach.
“Shut it lover boy.” Brittany said. "Everytime! Damn it..Your words hurt.” Luke said all dramatic.
“What about you Connie?” Brittany asked in sign.
“I’m glad to call you guys my friends and..boyfriend.” Connie said in sign as she looked at Adam and smiled.
Adam covers his face, hiding the redness on his face.
“AWWWW SO CUTE!!” Brittany said in sign.
“S-Shut up!” Adam and Connie say in sign.
"God you guys are so adorable.” Luke said.
Adam and Connie both hide their faces from the embarrassment.
“Alright alright, now Adam your turn.” Brittany said.
“I’m glad to be able to have fun with you all and I’m really happy to have met the girl I love the most.” Adam said in sign as he holds Connie’s hand.
“I-I love you too..” Connie said in sign as she hugs Adam.
Adam looks up at Luke who has a look of jealousy.
“You jelly?” Adam smirks. “Very. Brittany come on lemme hug you.” Luke said.
“Meh. One day.” Brittany teases. “SO NOT FAIR!” Luke said as he stomped his foot. Everyone laughs.
“And as you can see the clock is ticking for the news years and..” The TV said.
“OOO The timer!” Connie said in sign. “10…9….8….7...6...5...4...3….2...1…” Everyone said. It’s now 12:00 A.M
“HAPPY NEW YEAR!!” Everyone said as they all jumped with joy and excitement for the new year.
“Let’s celebrate!” Luke said. Adam grabs the remote and turns off the TV.
“Nah.” Adam said. “What? WHy?” Luke asked.
“Because it’s midnight, I’m still in the hospital and this bed is very comfy so uh…” Adam said as he closed his eyes and fell asleep.
