I headed out of my dorm with a book, The Fallen Rocks, leaving Mya and Riley in quiet. I walked through the empty halls, looking for a peaceful reading nook. The sun was about to start rising, so what better place than the astronomy tower?

I walked up the stairs, hearing light whispers on-top. I entered the open-plan sight seeing view, to see the four amazing Marauders arguing. They immediately noticed me in my light purple shirt and long white jeans.

Sirius sighed and looked off the balcony, resting his arms on the railing. Peter avoided eye contact by looking down at the ground, he clearly looked mad. James looked at me with regret, pain. Remus looked at James, then me, noticing James's eyes.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I just want wanted to, uhm, come and watch the sun rise on this sumptuous morning" I said, realising I was interrupting something. "I'll just... Go" I said pointing behind me, while slowly reversing.

"No, it's okay. We're done anyways" Peter said, turning to face me. He had slight anger on his face, making me feel awkward.

Remus sighed, grabbing Peter's arm. "Peter don't" he said glaring at him from the side.

"Padfoot shouldn't have brought it up! 'Cuz now nobody can do or say anything" Peter argued, loudly, making me flinch. He pulled his arm away from Remus.

Peter walked off, past me. He fled down the astronomy tower stairs, leaving the three boys silent. I looked around, seeing their awkward facial expressions.

"I'm ganna go then" I said, reversing backwards.

"No, Stars, stay. We're going" Remus said, pulling on Sirius's arm. "We're sorry to bother you" he said, looking at Sirius, forcing him to agree to leaving.

They walked past me, each giving me a small smile, fake of course, making me believe their fine. Fun fact: They aren't.

They walked down the stairs, disappearing from my view. They left me standing with James, who looked at me, standing with my book to my stomach, feeling awkward. His eyes were clearly showing me that he wanted to talk, but nothing seemed to come out his mouth.

"Hi" I said, breaking what felt like hours of silence.

He opened his mouth, finally saying something. "Look Lucy, I'm really sorry for what I said. I-"

"You were drunk" I said, interrupting him. "James it's okay. Really" I smiled.

I wasn't lying. He was wasted. It was wrong. But I know when James is drunk, he has no control over his god damn mouth.

"Lucy, I had no right. Even if I was drunk, I could've stopped it. I-" he took a deep breath, looking away from me. "I should have stopped myself. You- You went off"

"Again, I heard. But nobody got hurt. I heard that too" I interrupted, making him completely silent. "James. What I can't remember, is what I tend to ignore. I still remember what your dumb ass said, but I just tend to forgive" I said, making him give a chuckle.

I smiled at him, opening my arms for a hug. He laughed, walking closer to me, hugging me. I wrapped my arms around his torso, putting my head against his chest.

"I've missed this" he smiled, resting his head on mine.

"Me too" I whispered back, before letting go of him.

"Will I be seeing you after the holidays?" he asked, making a cute pout face.

I laughed, looking up at his silliness. "No, 'cuz you got yourself suspended for two months" I said, seeing how his pout turned into a 'oh, yeah. I forgot' face. "But you will be seeing me on the train tomorrow" I said giving a smile.

I looked behind him, seeing the dark sky turning lighter.
