Episode # 83:- (His selflessness.)
"Hey," Sanskar said to Reyansh's unconscious figure. He held his hand and caressed it a little. "The 1st time when we met, I thought, okay, you would be my brother-in-law and after that, I thought nothing. But with the passing time, how and when I started considering you as my elder brother, I don't know, but you are an elder brother to me more than a brother-in-law" Sanskar said while gazing at his hand.
"Reyansh, I'm able to make Swara strong because you were always there to guide me. Your doll would be broken if you ever planned or thought of leaving her. And when finally I'm able to get an elder brother, you are planning to leave us?" Sanskar asked, and a lone tear slipped from his eye which he wiped immediately.
"Your doll has a dream of getting the training under your guidance. She keeps rambling about when the time would come when she'll be able to do her internship in your company. I don't want you to break her that dream which she had for years. Get up soon, Reyansh. Everyone out there needs you so badly. Please for us, for your doll, wake up soon," Sanskar said with teary eyes while patting his hand left from there.
He came out and found Swara sitting there with her head hung low. Everyone tried to send her inside the ICU, but she denied it. Sanskar knew she was afraid to go inside; she had never seen Reyansh like this, ever. For her, Reyansh is a steel wall, and watching that wall lying vulnerable on the hospital bed is something that she'll never take.
It was over 15 hours, but no improvement in Reyansh's condition. Jahan time to time kept a check on his vitals, but he also didn't know when he would wake up. It was the evening time of the next day. Sanskar and Yuvaan had been sent back all the others home because, from yesterday, all were in the hospital. They said that all needed rest and on their lots of insistence all went back.
Currently, Aastha was resting in the room as her blood pressure went low. She and Swara didn't go back. Swara, who was sitting lost in her thoughts, felt Sanskar's presence beside her. "You know, if you'll go and talk to him, then there are the chances of him responding," Sanskar said, but Swara shook her head.
"What if he didn't respond? I'm afraid," she said in a sad tone. She was scared that something would happen to him if she tried to talk to him. Sanskar took a deep breath and took her in a side hug.
"Bhai," Arush called Sanskar, and they turned their faces towards his direction. Swara found Aarav and Samay there with Arush. Arush walked towards them with Samay in his arms and Aarav holding his one hand.
"They both were crying, so mom has sent them with me," Arush said as he went home to bring the food. "Aarav baby," Swara called, and he with teary eyes, walked towards her. Sanskar took Samay from Arush's arms and made him sit on his lap.
"Where are popsi and mom? I'm missing them," Aarav said with a teary pout, and Swara kissed his cheek. Suddenly something trickled Swara's mind, and she eyed both Samay and Aarav. "I'll go inside, but with these 2," Swara said to Sanskar.
Yuvaan, Arush, and Sanskar understood her point and nodded their heads. Swara picked Samay up in her arms and went inside to see Reyansh while holding Aarav's hand. Sanskar took a shaky breath while eying Arush and Yuvaan.
"I hope she will be able to do that," Sanskar said, and Yuvaan patted his shoulder. Swara, with a fast-beating heart, came near Reyansh. Her ever-so-strong brother lay there unconscious with a pale face.
Swara settled down on the stool kept there with Samay in her lap and Aarav sticking to her side. He was feeling afraid after seeing all those machines attached to his father's body. "Why, popsi, is lying like this?" Aarav asked in a whisper.
