Episode # 29: (Kids these days.)
Sanskar woke up and looked around. He saw the time on his mobile and came to know that it was afternoon. He got up from the bed while rubbing his eyes and looked around for Swara. Later, he realized that she had a college today.
He took a shower and after getting ready, came downstairs. He came and found Arnav was tying Yuvaan's arm sling. "Thank you, uncle," Yuvaan thanked Arnav, who patted his shoulder with a smile.
"Good afternoon," Sanskar said and settled down on the seat beside Yuvaan. "Where are Mom, Bhabi, and the kids?" Sanskar asked. "Aastha is helping Niharika in the packing, and Aarav is with Samay," Arnav replied.
"When is everyone coming?" Yuvaan asked while referring to Sanskar's family. "Tonight, as dad is looking after the office in my absence, while Arush went to Pune to drop Ria's things, so after coming back from there, they'll come together," Sanskar replied.
"How is Ria's grandmother?" Arnav asked as her grandmother is not doing well. "Not well, Ria came back last week, but had to go again as her Dadi got a heart stroke," Sanskar said.
"Samay, you are getting heavy," they heard a voice and turned their faces towards the stairs. Sanskar got up with a jerk when he saw Aarav coming downstairs with Samay in his arms. "Bunny, why you didn't call anyone," Sanskar said while taking Samay hurriedly from his arms, who gave him a toothy grin in return.
Aarav pouted after hearing this and said, "I was getting bored, but didn't want to leave Samay alone so thought to come downstairs."
"Aarav son, it's risky, never do this again or else you both'll get hurt," Arnav made him understand while picking him in his arms. They knew that his intentions were not wrong, but coming downstairs with no elder with Samay in his arms was riskier.
"Sorry, Dadu," Aarav apologized while holding his ears. Arnav shook his head and kissed his head with affection. "Aarav, will you share your Rasgullay with me?" Yuvaan asked while changing the topic. Aarav grinned widely after hearing this, and while nodding his head vigorously, he came down from Arnav's arms.
"I'll come," Aarav said and ran towards the kitchen. "God, kids these days. They will surely give us a heart attack someday," Arnav said while referring to Aarav's today's stunt. Yuvaan and Sanskar nodded their heads after hearing this.
Sanskar, who was looking towards Arnav, came to his senses when Samay made noises. He looked down and found him chewing his shirt button.
Sanskar shook his head, and while kissing his head made him sit properly in his lap. Later, Sanskar and Yuvaan had their brunch. Sanskar brought his laptop from the room. He was doing his work, and Yuvaan was sitting beside him watching TV.
They were sitting in the hall when around 3 PM Reyansh came back with Swara. "I told you to take medicine," Reyansh said in a scolding manner. Sanskar and Yuvaan who heard this turned around and found Reyansh was coming inside with Swara.
"What happened?" Sanskar asked, and his sight went towards Swara's right arm. "Your wife is careless," Reyansh said while glaring at Swara, who was looking towards him with a puppy face. "What happened to your arm?" Sanskar asked while holding her arm. Reyansh, who settled down on the sofa, told them everything.
"I told her to take medicine, but she forgot. And while coming back, I thought to pick her up. On the way, I found her face red, and when I checked her forehead, she had a temperature. I took her to the doctor, and she told me it was because of the nail marks. As that girl may have some nail paint on her nails, which had some chemical, so Swara got a reaction because of that," Reyansh said.
