Episode # 14: (He Never Looked Back)
Sanskar took a step towards his parents. He knew that he was late for ten years, but he was sure that they would forgive him. Ronit and Swathi on the other side were still in a daze because they couldn't able to believe on their ears.
Sanskar came and fell on his knees in front of his parents. Swathi becomes startled and raised her hand towards him. But before that only, Sanskar joined his hand in front of them.
"I've never given you a chance to talk to me. I've never given you a chance to keep a hand full of love on my head. I've never given you a chance to pat my back with proud. I know I'm late, but will you give me the last chance to become your best son? Will you allow me to become the best brother for Arush? Will you allow me to hug you both whenever I want? Will you allow me, mom, to taste the food made by you?" Sanskar said all of this with tears continuously flowing down from his eyes.
Swathi held his hands and burst into crying while keeping her head over his joined hands. "I'm sorry mom. I'm so sorry. Please, for the last time, forgive me, please," Sanskar said in a crying tone to Swathi, who was crying incoherently.
Swathi said nothing; she cupped his face and kissed his entire face like mad. She hides him in her embrace and cries bitterly. "Never leave me again, Sanskar. I'll die without you," Swathi said and kissed his head tightly.
"Never mom, never," Sanskar said while breaking the hug and wiped his mother's tears. While, doing that his sight went towards Ronit, who was staring at him quietly. He had tears in his eyes, but he was quiet.
"You should have slapped me the very 1st day, dad, when I talked rudely with you," Sanskar said to Ronit and held his ear with tear-filled eyes. Ronit turns his face on the other side to wipe his tears. Advik and Yuvaan also had tears in their eyes after seeing this.
"Dad," Sanskar said and kept his head on Ronit's lap. Ronit put his hand over his head but said nothing. "I promise, I'll make you proud," Sanskar mumbled in his father's embrace. Ronit looked down and found his lap was getting wet because of his son's tears.
Ronit kept his hand on his face and made him look towards him. He kissed his forehead and said, "You came back to us, it's enough for me, Sanskar," And by saying that he hugged him tightly.
"I love you, Dad," they heard a voice and found Yuvaan dramatically wiping his tears and saying this to his dad. Sanskar with his parents chuckled after seeing this. Advik shook his head and took Yuvaan in a side hug.
"Mom, Dad, I'll come," Sanskar said to his parents, who nodded their heads. Sanskar came towards Advik and Yuvaan. "Advik uncle, would you come with me? There is something which I want to finish today," Sanskar said, and Advik nodded his head.
"Yuvaan you stay here with mom and dad," Sanskar said to Yuvaan, who went towards Ronit and Swathi.
Sanskar with Advik came to his aunt's house. He rang the bell and Namrita opened the door. She was going to say something but stopped after seeing someone standing with Sanskar.
"Aunty, he is my friend's father," Sanskar said, and Namrita gave a fake smile to Advik and said them to come inside. Namrita went and brought a glass of juice for both of them. Sanskar held the juice glass and gazes at it for a while.
Agni also came there and was sitting in front of them on the other sofa with Namrita beside him. Sanskar turns his gaze towards Advik, who was already looking towards him.
"Sorry aunty, but today I have no mood to drink this juice, so...," by saying that Sanskar held the juice glass little far and left it. Juice glass fell on the floor and broke into pieces.
