The revving of a car pulling up to the garage and the sound of a wheel rolling on the pebbles took me out of my head and made me raise my head up. My eyes are aching because of crying for the whole day and my head gets dizzier and heavier. I look at my jeans that lays on the bed beside me and get it. The burn doesn't hurt that much anymore and I can now manage to wear my pants. So I pull it up on me and zip it before I went out of my room.

I hear the front door shut and footsteps echoed in the living room. It's already evening but the light downstairs is still not turn on, so Dr. Arthur flicked it as he went inside and the darkness of the room quickly fade away.

I was already going down the stairs when Dr. Arthur showed up and met my gaze. He was taken aback when he saw me but then he smiled and walked up to me.

"Where have you been?..." He asked when he approached me.

"Uhm... In the room... Just... Hanging there..." I responded smiling in a cracked voice.

He frowned when my voice reached his ears. I began to grow nervous but I alertly do my best to keep it off of my features.

"Is there something happened? Why do your eyes look tired?..." He trailed off and walked up closer to me.

I looked down eagerly avoiding his gaze because I don't want him to find out that I cried. Because I know to myself this will just worry him once he notice it and I don't to bother him anymore.

I nervously bite my bottom lip and fumble my fingers as I lock my gaze on my feet. But he is standing on the lower step of the stair so he didn't have a problem in looking at my face. I can feel he's staring at me very deeply and this made my head to raise up. My eyes landed directly on his but I quickly rolled it down back on the ground.

"You know I just remembered something... You're still not telling me your name... Mind to tell it now then?" He suddenly blurted out changing the topic.

I surprisingly looked up at him and he gave me a quick smile with a soft chuckle. I really thought he would force me to say something about my problem, but I'm surprised he just shrugged it off that fast. But well, I'm thankful for that. At least I wouldn't need to worry about thinking on alibis to give to him.

My cheeks flushed a faint tint of pink as my eyes bore on his blue orbs deeply. His stare at me this time doesn't have any difference from the stare that he holds in the picture earlier. It's so soft and mesmerizing like the ocean that reflects the bright cool color of the sky at daytime.

"Uhm, are you alright?..." His voice suddenly rang in my ears that brought me back to reality.

"Uh... Huh?" I asked skeptically at him regaining my senses that I lost once again.

He let out a soft chuckle and then shook his head. I blush even harder and hang my head lower when he looked back at me with his sweet smile plastered on his face and his eyes narrowing as his cheeks stretch and puff.
