Hope raced over to Lizzie's dorm and pushed the door open, though she flinched in surprise as she found Lizzie and Monica in the middle of a heated makeout session on Lizzie's bed, as Monica had thrown off her shirt.

"S..Sorry!" Hope blurted out as the pair gave her unamused looks for interrupting them. Monica grumbled to herself as she collected her shirt. "We get it, Hope. You're back. Now disappear again." Lizzie huffed. "You're still bitches. Thank God." Hope admitted as she raced forward to hug them both.

"What?" Monica asked confusedly. "What is happening?" Lizzie added once Hope pulled away from them. "I don't know. It's like everyone in the school is happy except for us." Hope began to explain. "Too happy. Like scary happy. Merry, even... They all think that it's Christmas. And the snow probably doesn't help—"

"It's snowing? How?" Monica blurted out in surprise as she raced to the window. "Uh, another monster, I'm guessing." Hope replied to the Montgomery. "This is terrible news. It's freaking fall. Not winter. What am I gonna wear?" Lizzie asked, dramatically.

"Something to travel in? I'm gonna need you to hit the road." Hope said, as Lizzie glanced up at Hope, "You want me to quest for Frodo Baggins, don't you?" The Saltzman asked. "I thought that the monsters weren't after him now." Monica reminded Hope, as she turned back to the tribrid with crossed arms.

"We don't know what they want, or even who they're working for anymore. But we need Landon to be safe." Hope explained.

Lizzie sighed, "Fine. A little locator spell and then off to Mordor we go." She decided as she glanced at Monica who nodded, "Yeah I don't really wanna hang around and watch everyone be sickly happy." She admitted.

Suddenly Josie entered the dorm, "Ho, ho, ho! I come bearing gifts. More like a peace offering, really." She said as Lizzie, Monica and Hope looked surprised at the girl.

"I thought that we had already made peace." Lizzie insisted as Josie shook her head, walking towards them. "Well, this whole school year, I have been really naughty." Josie said as Monica cringed hard at that sentence.

"I've not been the supportive sister that I want to be. And then there's the whole Ruby thing... where I didn't like Hope because I'd seen how miserable Ruby was all summer and I didn't want to see her get hurt again... but it wasn't my place to judge Hope. But thankfully, Christmas is all about forgiveness, right? Cookie?" Josie offered a tray of cookies up to the girls.

Hope looked over at Monica and Lizzie before she said quietly, "Run." With that, the girlfriends quickly got up to leave. Hope then cleared her throat before she asked Josie, "What kind of cookie?"
