My Love Is Like a Star

Chapter 26

        The next morning I decided to start planning Aubree’s birthday since it’s only a few weeks away. I quietly check on my baby girl in her room and then quietly walk down stairs to the office to start my planning.  As I sit down at my desk I begin to think of what my little princess would want for her birthday and what kind of party she would want.  I start typing on the internet and find some cute princess themed birthdays. And then it hit me I am going to throw her a frozen birthday party since that’s what she loves.  While I was searching for party things online the door to the office opens and my baby girl walks in. “Hey baby girl you’re awake.” I say smiling at her.  She walks over to me and makes grabby hands so I pick her up. “Cuddle mama.” She says in her cute baby voice.  I smile and hold her close to me. I love this little girl so much. She snuggles into me and closes her eyes. I kiss her little head and play with her wavy blonde hair. Before I know it she’s asleep in my arms.  I decide to keep her in my arms and I go back to searching for stuff for her birthday party.  

        I decide on giving her a Disney Princess birthday party. I find all the accessories that need to go with her party and decide to get a jump house, not just for myself but for Aubree too.  I also decide to get a few princesses for her party I choose Cinderella, Belle and Rapunzel.  I smile when I finish ordering all her supplies and decide to get her a Rapunzel dress for her party. I carefully get up with my baby in my arms and I find Nick in the living room watching TV.  “Hey baby.” I say quietly making sure that I don’t wake Aubree. “Hey there you are. I was wondering where the two of you went. I went into Aubree’s room and she wasn’t there.”  He says looking at me while I sit on the couch next to him. “I woke up early and thought I would get a head start on her birthday party planning. And the Aubree came in and said she wanted to cuddle and then she fell asleep on me and I didn’t want to wake her so I just kept her on my lap. I miss cuddling her Nick. Pretty soon she isn’t going to want to cuddle with me anymore.” I say frowning at him.“Baby just savor the time you  have with her now and then when that time comes we’ll deal with it okay?” Nick says. I nod my head and pull her closer to my chest.

         After a while Aubree starts to wake up and I decide that we should go dress shopping for the wedding.  When we get to the bridal store I see a familiar car but ignore and think to myself that it probably doesn’t belong to the person that I think it does.  I hold Aubree’s little hand in mine and walk into the store.  “Mommy?” Aubree says looking up at me. “Yes princess?”  I say looking down at her.  “Pwetty dresses.  You going to wear one?” She asks me with her big brown eyes.  “Yes I am going to wear one when I marry daddy. “ I tell her. She nods her little head and looks around and spots a dress around her size that’s blue with a white belt and a purple lily on the belt. I watch as her little eyes light up when we walk towards it. “Do you like this one baby girl?” I ask her as I take it off the rack.  She rapidly nods her head. “It’s so pwetty mommy!” She says happily. “It is baby girl. I want you to try it on for me later okay?” I say to her. “Otay mommy.”  We browse the store a little more and I see a few dresses that I want to try on but I will have to wait for my mom and sisters to come watch me.  “Mommy I like this one. “ Aubree says pointing to a white dress that is strapless and has a beautiful skirt to it. I smile big thinking this might be the dress that I wear when I walk down the aisle. “Demi?” A familiar voice says I turn around and its him.

 Sorry I haven't updated in awhile I have been very busy with work and other things! please tell me what you would like to happen in this story. Who do you think this guy is that comes up to demi? What should happen next?
