Chapter 17

The next morning I woke up to giggling and screaming coming from down stairs. I put the other pillow on my bed over my face. I heard little feet running toward my bed, I turned over facing away from the door pretending to still be asleep. "Shhhh!!!" I heard one of the girls say as the door creaked open. I tried so hard not to laugh as I felt someone climb on my bed. I laid as still as I could and breathed like I was still asleep. I felt a little girl lay her body over my side. Then all of a sudden I felt cold and fluffy hit my face. My eyes flew open and I saw Aubree with a can of whipped cream and it was on my nose. Maddie leaned over me with another can. I shot out of my bed and began to chase the two girls down the hall. Aubree was hard to catch cause she was smaller and faster than both Maddie and I. I took the whipped cream from my nose and wipped it into my hand and caught up to Maddie and smashed it into her face. She took the can of whipped cream and put it on the top of my head. Out of the corner of my eye I caught Aubree run into the kitchen. I immediately ran into the kitchen leaving Maddie in the dinning room with whipped cream on her face. I grabbed Aubree by the torso and swung her up on to my hip facing her way from me. I grabbed the can from her little hands and kissed her face getting whipped cream on her. I set her down and ran to where Maddie was hiding. I snuck around the other corner so she couldn't see me. I snuck up behind her spraying the whipped cream down her back. Maddie turned around and sprayed up and down the front of me. A whipped cream fight broke out. My little girl was behind my legs laughing her head off.

Both of our cans finally ran out of whipped cream and Maddie and I both began to laugh. We looked so funny with white everywhere. I couldn't believe what we had done and it was only 10 am. I looked back at my little blonde girl who was now covered in white. She looked up at me and smiled. I picked her up. I grabbed my phone off the table and took a picture of the three of us. Caption: Things that happen around here at 10 in the morning. Love these two so much. "Looks like we all need to shower now." I said laughing. "Yes please!" Maddie said. "But maybe we should clean up our mess first." I said trying not to laugh. Maddie and I cleaned up the dining room and the kitchen. Afterwards we all headed up stairs, I took Aubree to my bathroom and Maddie went into the guest bathroom. "After we're finished we can go out to breakfast." I told them both. Aubree's eyes lit up and Maddie nodded her head. I walked into my room with Aubree. We took our shower and got changed. We were ready to go to breakfast. We went to Bob's Big Boys for breakfast. After we ate we decided to go to the mall and go shopping since that's what Aubree wanted to do yesterday.

As soon as we got to the mall Aubree begged to go into the Disney store. We walked into the Disney store and Aubree ran to the Frozen section of the store. I laughed while I linked arms with Maddie. She smiled at me and I smiled back. "Demi, I really don't wanna go back to mom's." She said frowning. I took her by the hand and walked over to the Frozen section near Aubree to keep an eye on her. "Why not baby girl?" "I just don't wanna fight with them anymore. I'm tired of fighting and I wanna be able to do things. Like acting and choosing which acting job I want." She said. "I think that you should talk things out with mom. You might feel better if you did and maybe she'll treat you a little more grown up if you talk to her." I said with a smile. She squeezed my hand and I squeezed it back. Aubree came running up to me with an Elsa dress in her hand. "Mama! Look! They have an Elsa dress! Can I get it pwease?!" She begged me . I knew I couldn't say no considering the fact that I had a surprise trip planned to go to Disneyland in a few weeks with Nick. I laughed. "Sure sweetie we can get you the Elsa dress." I said smiling down at her. She jumped around and danced. My little girl sure was cute! "You can't say no to her can you ?" Maddie asked me with a smirk on her face. "I can too!" I told her. She laughed at me. I ended up buying Aubree the Elsa dress, the shoes and the tiara that are supposed to go with the costume. Maybe Maddie was right maybe I can't say no to her but who would want to she is too adorable. Walked around the mall a little while longer and then decided to head to my parent's house.
