Draco was not understanding what was going on with you. "First he loves me then he kisses Fred right in front of me!" Draco yelled, Pansy and Blaise looked at each other with a confused face. "Did you do something to him?" Pansy asked "well I did ignore him for a few days and I might have been spending more time with Cogan" Draco confessed "COGAN!" Pansy shrieked. "Mate, he's been after you since third year" Blaise said. "Yes I know I know" Draco retorted, "so then why'd you break up with y/n?" Pansy asked. "Because it's what he wanted!" Draco screamed "Draco you're so fucking stupid" Pansy said letting out a chuckle along with Blasie. "Can't you see he's jealous" she said leaning closer to Draco.

"Wha- why would he be jealous when we're dating?" he questioned "oh my god Draco, you've been ignoring him and giving all your attention to another boy while you're dating y/n" Pansy explained. "Draco, you need to shape up because he's basically family with the Weasleys and if you can't go with them you're fucked" Blaise said. "Well yeah I basically need them if I don't wanna go back to my family" Draco said running a hand through his blonde hair. "Speaking of your family, have you been getting letters from them?" Pansy asked "yeah I have and they all say that I should come home and how happy it would make mother" Draco said rolling his eyes.

"The dark lord is back, that's why they want your family wants you back... to keep you safe" Pansy said "rubbish" Draco sneered. "They only want me back for one thing... to get the dark mark, it's so obvious" Draco said, taking a seat on his bed. "Well you do realize that y/n is a part of one of the most well... inclined to what the dark lord wants" Pansy said. "what are you trying to say?" Draco asked "he's a Clarewater, they descend from french bloodlines but most of them are death eaters" Pansy explained. "And his parents are also death eaters meaning he might have to become one as well" she added.

"No, he can't become one," Draco retorted "the dark lord has his ways" Blaise said. "Draco you really need to fix your relationship with y/n not just for you but for him as well, you could both run away and be happy" Pansy said placing her hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry, you'll be able to," she added as she walked out of the dorm. "As much as I despise those blood traitors you two are meant to be" Blaise said as he too walked out of the dorm.

Draco waved his wand and his door shut and locked. He placed his wand back onto his nightstand as tears started to form in his eyes. He sat up against his bed frame as more tears began to fall from his face. "y/n... I'm sorry" he said through his sobs. Draco pulled his knees up to his chest and placed his head in them as he continued to cry. All draco could think about was you and the look on your face when he hurt you. He remembered deliberately flirting with Chris just for fun and to make you jealous.

He was pissed off that you kissed Fred and so he kissed Chris in retaliation. He never thought it would go this far though. He wished that he could redo everything and not protect Chris and just be with you. Draco had fallen asleep a while after his breakdown but he awoke to the cold morning of the dungeons. He looked dreadful and broken. His eyes were red and he had major dark circles under his eyes. He got dressed and went down to the Great Hall for breakfast. There were no classes once again since it was the weekend so he could just enjoy it with himself.

You were at the Great Hall too but you did not look so hurt and dreadful as Draco did. But instead happy and filled with Joy, even if it was all fake you looked actually happy. You were sitting by Fred who had his arm around you but you felt Draco's presence as soon as he entered the hall. You quickly whipped your head around to the entrance and you made eye contact with him. You didn't know what to do but your smile faded and turned into your real emotions. Draco saw your eyes get wet as you turned your head back around.

You began to frantically wipe your eyes so as to not draw attention to yourself. Fred noticed you crying and started looking for where Draco was. He was sitting at the Slytherin table with Pansy and Blaise. "Ya know, you are a legilimens why don't you look into his head" Ron blurted out "I've tried but he's the only person whose mind I can't get into" you said. "So you've looked into ours?" Ron asked to which you nodded and grinned at him. Ron's ears went red as he thought about what you were able to find out.

"I've looked into all of your minds, but don't worry I won't tell" you said letting out a small chuckle. "Maybe you should try and walk over to him and talk to him" Hermione suggested "are you trying to get me killed?" you retorted "he's with the other Slytherins" you added. "So what, you're a pure blood remember" she exclaimed. "Oh yeah" you said confidently, you got up from the table and started walking over to the Slytherin table. "Did you think he was actually going to do it?" Harry asked "not really" Hermione replied.

You made it to the Slytherin table and began to walk down the aisle to where Draco was sitting. He was talking with Pansy and Blaise but you couldn't tell what it was about. You reached Draco and stopped right in front of him. "Er um Draco" you said, making him turn around. "Oh... uh hey" he said. "So I wan- ted to um" you said, fumbling your words but they just wouldn't come out. You bailed on the plan and turned on your wheel almost running away. You went all the way back to the Gryffindor table and slumped down on it. You put your head down and tears fell from your eyes and Fred put an arm around you.

Draco was watching you the entire time and wished he could just go back to how it was. He so desperately wanted to be sitting next you at every meal and have you sleep in his dorm with him every night. Draco noticed Tommy walking into the Great hall and took a seat next to you. Draco couldn't hear anything but he saw you talking to him and Tommy pulled you into a hug. Your face was facing in Draco's direction with tears falling down your face as Tommy hugged you. Draco's heart ached at seeing how badly he had hurt you.
