Chapter 48

 "Morning" you said sitting next to Harry at the Gryffindor table "hey" he replied. "Ready for the match?" you asked "I am, but I don't know about Ron" said Harry. "Don't worry" you said "I'm sure Ron will be fine" you added "here he comes now". "What was that?" Hermione asked "nothing" Harry said putting the vial of felix felicis away "you spiked it" you said. "Don't drink it Ron" Hermione demanded "come on Harry we've got a game to win" Ron chuckled downing his pumpkin juice.

"Thanks for that" Harry whispered to you getting up from the table "always" you said getting up after him. You pulled Hermione out of her seat and walked with Ron and Harry out of the Great Hall but departed for the stands. "Do you think they'll win?" you asked "I expect they will" Hermione said rolling her eyes. You took seats above Lavender and Pavarti who were deep into conversation. It happened out of nowhere but voices were flooding into your head. They were Lavender's voice, talking about Ron?

"Are you okay?" asked Hermione "hm?, oh yeah I'm fine" you said giving her a smile. You continued to look and peer into her head to find out more than what was given to you. "They can't be" you thought to yourself, "there they are" Hermione said tapping your shoulder earning you to look up. There stood the Gryffindor quidditch team standing on the field in a circle most likely talking about the game. They all mounted their brooms and flew up to their positions in the air. The game had begun and the Slytherins were doing poorly. Ron had blocked so many of the goals that we was practically invincible.

The game continued but you were trying to look for Draco. After searching for a few minutes he was nowhere to be found anywhere. "Do you see Draco anywhere?" you asked "not that I can see of" Hermione replied. The game had finally finished with the Gryffindor team being victorious. The stands erupted in cheers and screams as the team circled the field. You waved your wand towards the sky sending out fireworks from it. The Gryffindor team were flying down to the field by the time they ended. You followed Hermione down and made your way back to the castle.

You pushed open the locker room door to find everyone changing. "Bloody hell y/n, a warning next time" said Ron throwing on a shirt. "We need to talk" you said to Harry pulling him out of the room without a shirt on. Harry was trying to put on his shirt but you were pulling him too fast. You pulled him into an empty classroom and shut the door behind you. "Lavender likes Ron" you blurted out "what?" said Harry "how do you know?" he asked. "During the match it just happened and I found out" you answered "are you sure?" he asked "of course I am" you replied. "Let's talk about this later, there's a party" chuckled Harry.

Harry pushed open the door and you followed him out to find Draco walking down the hall towards you but slowed his pace. "Don't judge me," you whispered to Harry, pulling his shirt down to you, placing your lips on his. Harry kissed back and placed his hand behind your head. Draco turned red with anger and balled his fists but walked back the way he came. "thanks" you said, pulling away from Harry "no worries" chuckled Harry, pulling you to the Gryffindor dorms.

The portrait door opened revealing the ongoing party for the quidditch match victory. You and Harry sat down next to each other on a couch just watching. "I still don't think you should've done that" said Hermione "I didn't do it" Harry said, pulling out the completely filled vial. Suddenly there was an eruption of applause earning you to look over to see Ron and Lavender kissing. "Oh my god" you said staring at the scene. You saw Hermione walk out of the common room with the portrait closing behind her. Harry pulled you up from the couch and out of the common room.

You found Hermione sitting in an empty classroom practicing spells and cursing out Ron and Lavender. "Hey" you said closing the door behind you and Harry "are you okay?" you asked. "I'm perfectly fine" she answered "are you sure?" asked Harry "I said I'm perfectly fine" she repeated. The door burst open behind you revealing Ron and Lavender holding hands. "Oppugno" said Hermione sending small birds flying at Ron causing him to run back. Hermione slipped out of the room with Harry hearing a small cry from her. You just glared at Ron while he walked back to Lavender and left the room.

You went up to the Astronomy tower for some relaxation from everyone's love drama but only to find the same blonde you were looking for earlier. Draco turned around after hearing your footsteps and you locked eyes. "y/n" he said but you didn't answer him. You heard someone walking behind you but found an arm around your shoulder. "Hey Clarewater, Malfoy" the voice chuckled instantly earning a small laugh from you. "Nott" you said in response. "Why don't we get outta here" Theo said "lets" you said spinning on your heels and pulling him with you.

"What was that about?" he asked "it was nothing" you replied "dont lie to me" Theo said. "I know you two broke up and I know why" he said "he went back to his family" Theo added. "Look, it's okay to break down," Theo said, pulling you into a hug "I know you". Tears swelled in your eyes as Theo rubbed your back with your head in his chest. "I know you miss him" Theo said, stroking your head to try and comfort you. "Let's go somewhere else," he said, pulling away from you. He pulled you into the Slytherins dorms and into his own dorm.

He sat you down on the bed and threw off his sweaty shirt onto the floor. "You okay?" he asked "not really" you replied "you want me to talk to him?" he asked, sitting down next to you. "Since when were you so nice" you joked "anything for Clarewater" he chuckled pulling your head onto his shoulder. "Don't talk to him" you said "you sure?" he asked "yes". "Lets get some sleep" he said pulling you backwards onto the bed. He flicked his wand turning off the lights. He pulled the covers up over both of you and pulled you close to him. "Goodnight" said Theo "goodnight".
