Chapter 59

Harry had missed out on the quidditch match due to his detention with Snape. He had to sort through old files which seemed completely pointless. You were sitting in the hospital wing next to Draco as he slept. "I need you" you whispered cupping Draco's face "I need you back with me" you said, tears swelling in your eyes. "I need you too," said Draco, opening his eyes to face you. "I want there to be an us, I want you back. . .with me" said Draco with a red tint growing on his face. Draco pulled your hand down to his lips and he kissed it. "Let's get back together" Draco said "I want to, and I know you want too" chuckled Draco.

"Is that possible?" you sniffled "you're with you-know-who" you sobbed "hey, said Draco pulling you closer "we'll make it work" he continued. "I'll make sure of it" he chuckled pulling you onto the bed, "I missed you" said Draco "me too". "I'll come visit you, when she's not being irritating" you chuckled "I'll be waiting, my love" replied Draco connecting his lips with yours. You climbed out of the bed and walked towards the doors and pushed them open. You found Harry walking to the Gryffindor common room and ran up to him. "Where were you?" he asked "business" you replied pushing open the portrait door.

"We won!" cheered Ron running up to you and Harry, pulling you both into a massive hug. "It was insane, four hundred and fifty to one hundred" he cheered pulling away from you and Harry. Ron pulled you to a nearby couch and sat down next to you. Out of nowhere Harry and Ginny were now kissing. The whole room went completely silent, except for a few cheers. "FINALLY!" you cheered jumping up from the couch and clapping. Dean was in a corner looking very pissed off and sad, while Ron was sitting on the couch with his mouth wide open.

Harry's eyes caught Ron's who was still holding the golden cup, but Ron gave Harry a look of complete permission. Harry pulled Ginny out of the portrait door and headed out. "Did you know?" asked Ron "of course I knew" you chuckled sitting back down next to Ron "and you're fine with it I presume?" you asked "of course".

The next few days all anyone was talking about was Harry and Ginny now officially dating. "You'd think they had something better to talk about by now" said Ginny "well people weren't expecting it" you replied "fair point" chuckled Ginny resting her head on Harry's leg. "Well I should be going" you said getting up from the floor "where are you going?" Ron asked "just business" you said pushing open the portrait door and heading down t0 the hospital waing. "Ya know, he told me the same thing whenever he was leaving" said Harry "maybe he has extra work" Hermione answered.

You pushed open the hospital wing doors to find Madam Pomphrey asleep on her desk and a beaming Draco laying in his bed. You cast the muffliato spell around you and him so as for her not to awake or hear anything. "I missed you" said Draco pulling you onto the bed "I was just here yesterday" you defended "it's been too long" laughed Draco. "When I wanted to talk to you weeks ago" Draco said "I wanted to tell you everything" he continued. "You-know-who tasked you with killing Dumbledore" you said "what if you don't?" you questioned.

"If I don't, then he'll kill me" sighed Draco "it's something I have to do, but when it's done. . .we're running away" said Draco "where will we do?". "I don't know yet, but as long as I have you, I'll be okay" he said, connecting his lips with yours. "I wish we could go now" you sighed "once Dumbledore is gone, we're leaving right away" Draco said. "I should be going, it's dinner" you sighed "I'll visit you again" you said placing a kiss on Draco's forehead and heading out of the hospital wing.

"Where have you been?" questioned Hermione "I told you. . .business" you answered, "I never knew business required Malfoy" said Harry. "It has nothing to do with Draco" you retorted "then why were you with him in the hospital wing?" questioned Harry "I wasn't" you snapped "why are you lying to us?" asked Hermione "what I do, is none of your business" you sneered "just tell the truth" snapped Harry. "I can't" you protested "I'm going to the library, I need to study" said Ginny leaving the table.

"I'll come with" said Harry looking furious "no, we need to talk" said Hermione "about what?". "The book" said Harry "why are you still going on about it?" asked Harry "it's important" sighed Hermione. Ron was staring at you while he ate, you were fiddling with your wand as you stared at the table. Hermione and Harry were deep in conversation about the book but Ron didn't care about anything. "y/n" said Ron in a softened tone "what's wrong?" he asked. You motioned for him to follow you and you got up from the table with him following you.

You found the hidden room that you found in your 4th year. You pushed past the giant tapestry and pulled Ron inside. "What's going on with you?" Ron asked "I can't say" you said "I really want to, but I just can't" you sobbed "it's okay" said Ron pulling you into him "you don't have to tell me anything, I trust" said Ron. You knew hiding this information was very much untrustworthy but you didn't care, it finally meant you and Draco could go back to how you once were.

You and Ron went back to the Great Hall to find Hermione not there anymore. "She's gone off to the library to look for something" said Harry "would you call me bad for wanting that book back?" asked harry "course not, I'd want it back too" chuckled Ron. "it's from Dumbledore" said a voice behind you, it was Tommy holding a letter for Harry. "Hi y/n, I haven't seen you for a while" he laughed "sorry, I've been busy" you replied "well it is almost your last year, so I expected it" he sighed. "Will you visit when you graduate?" Tommy cheered "I'll try my best" you said patting his head.

Tommy headed off to who knows where. "Do you think he-" said Ron "I better go up to see Dumbledore" said Harry getting up from the table and leaving the Great Hall. "I better go too" you said "do you want me to come with?" asked Ron but you shook your head. You headed down to the hospital wing to find Madam Pomphrey gone. "Back so soon?" joked Draco "Harry knows I've been coming here" you said "that's impossible" Draco replied "I thought so too". "What if they find out?" you asked "don't worry, they won't find out anything" Draco reassured. "You should go, she only left for a few minutes" said Draco "I love you" he added "I love you too" you answered running out of the room.
