Chapter 25

You were woken up by Fred moving himself. "Oh, uh hey" he said but you didn't answer. "I can't get up" you said, earning a laugh from Fred. Fred grabbed his wand and began to trace it down your back muttering spells. "Better?" he asked "yeah" you replied. "We should get ready" you said "oh, yeah" replied Fred. You got up and started to put on your clothes you wore last night while Fred went into his dresser for new clothes.

You finished getting ready and headed out of the room with Fred. The common room was surprisingly clean from all the partying last night. You made it to the Great Hall and once you entered with Fred your friends all went silent. Ginny, Ron, Harry, George, and Hermione all stared at both of you while you walked to the table. Tommy was there too but he was eating so he didn't know what was going on. "Good morning" you said, taking a seat next to Fred but no one asnwered. "Have fun last night?" questioned Hermione "oh yeah the party was fun" you replied.

"How did it go again?" Ron asked "aaahhhh y/n'' laughed Harry. Ron and Harry couldn't control themselves anymore and were on the verge of tears. "You could've said you were dating" said Hermione "yeah you could've at least told me" added George. "We aren't dating" you said "yeah we're just friends, he's like my little brother" said Fred. "Wait, then why did you two-" said Ron "we were both drunk" said Fred and you nodded in agreement.

"We thought that you two were dating since you always acted like it" said Hermione "I wouldn't date Fred, no offense" you said "none taken darling" chuckled Fred "like he said we're like family so it'd be weird, plus he likes girls" you added. "You do only like girls right?" you asked "not entirely sure" chuckled Fred. "wait really?" questioned Hermione "still figuring it out" said Fred. You leaned your head onto Freds shoulder and gave him a smile which he returned.

"Look, it's Draco," said Tommy, pointing to the entrance of the Great Hall. You pulled your head up and looked over to where Tommy was pointing. Draco eyes connected with yours and he gave you a smile and you returned it. "Looks like Malfoy still loves you" grinned George, making you smile. "You should talk to him" said Ginny, "what am I supposed to say? I know you still love me, let's get back together" you said "well yeah" Hermone said. "I'll do it later when I think of what to say" you said.

There were no classes since it was the weekend so you hung out with Fred. You were sitting in the courtyard teaching Tommy about spells. Fred was sitting next to you while you showed Tommy your spell books and taught him the pronunciations. Tommy felt as though he was completely capable of performing highly skilled magic. You turned to face Fred who was smiling at you and he put his head on your shoulder. "Reducto" said Tommy shooting out blue sparks from his wand hitting one of the walls. Draco had walked past but it nearly missed him, it wasn't powerful enough to disintegrate anything but it did cause a burn mark.

"Tommy what did you do?" you said as you tried not to laugh "I was trying a spell" said Tommy. Fred was laughing into your shoulder as Tommy looked very confused. Draco was still standing there staring at you. His eyes met yours making you blush and give him a smile. "I'll be right back" you said, getting up from the ground. You walked over to Draco and he smiled at you. "Can we talk?" you asked "of course" he responded.

"Let's go somewhere private," he said leading you to the Slytherin dorms. You walked into his dorm and he closed the door behind you. He offered for you to sit on his bed and you accepted. "I missed you" Draco blurted out "I-" was all you were able to say as you started to cry. More tears started to fall down your face. "I did too" you said "I thought that you didn't love me anymore" you sobbed. "I have always loved you" he said pulling your head into his chest "I'm sorry that I made you feel like I didn't." he said "I'm sorry everything" he said as tears fell from his face.

You were both now crying as you held each other. No other words were exchanged but instead just being in each other's arms was all you needed. You were laying on top of Draco while he laid on his bed. "I missed this" said Draco "me too" you said. "But it seems as though Tommy was trying to curse me" laughed Draco "I was teaching him a few things" you said. "Did you know, Fred would always talk to me about talking to you?" said Draco. "Wait, really?" you questioned "yup, he would always tell me about you and how things were going" he said.

"He's the reason that I was finally able to face you after what I did" said Draco. "He also said a few things happened between you two," Draco added. "Oh, uh we were drunk" you defended "Don't worry, I'm not mad" said Draco "besides maybe it would be fun for three" Draco smirked but you hit him with a pillow. "I love you" said Draco "I love you too" you said. "Wow we spent the whole day here" said Draco "why don't you spend the night" grinned Draco.

"Of course I'll stay" you chuckled. "I'm gonna need to shower" you said getting up from the bed "I'll leave out clothes for you" said Draco as you walked into the connecting bathroom. You hopped into the shower and quickly washed yourself so you could go back to Draco. When you got out there were your old pajamas Draco used to give you laying on the counter. You changed into them and walked out of the bathroom to find Draco getting up from the bed and heading into the bathroom.

Draco was showering as well so you sat on the bed waiting for him to finish. When he was done he came out in his usual plaid pajama pants and no shirt. You waved your wand making his hair dry completely. You patted the spot next to you and Draco jumped onto the bed connecting your lips with his. "I love you" he whispered "me too" you said pulling Draco into a hug with your arms wrapped around his neck.

"We should head to bed" said Draco laying down and pulling you on top of him. He pulled up the covers over both of you and waved his wand turning the room dark. "Goodnight darling" he whispered as he closed his eyes. You nuzzled your head deeper into his chest as you closed your eyes drifting off to sleep.
