Well taking into consideration my last thoughts in the previous chapter I would seriously have to sort myself out for that to even be considered a possibility.
I'm dressed in a random sweater and sweatpants, haven't showered in 4 days, eaten junk food and takeout, hardly slept this whole week and drunk alcohol whilst watching Prison Break.
Isn't my life looking fucking fantastic
I'm currently living in the safe house I slept in the other night and I have been for the last week.
I've made no effort to find out anything about The Marks or my biological mother and my mental health has been feeling shit lately.
I've been wondering a lot lately if Hazel hadn't died in the fire. Would she have been a good mother to me, how different would life have been?
And so I decided it was about time to pick myself up and complete my promise to myself.
I took a two hour shower, did a face mask, hair mask and brushed my teeth. I shaved everywhere on my body and used my honey body wash and shampoo.
After changing into my outfit I did some makeup, moisturiser and perfume tying my hair up into a high bun.
My outfit:
I tied the laces to my shoes and grabbed my handbag containing a whole load of necessities. I headed towards the door to get my blazer.I didn't get the chance to see what was on the photograph from one of the Marks bases since I left Niks apartment last week but I guessed it was of Hazel again.
Another thing though, the memory of me and Nik kept flashing through my head when I least expected it leading me to clench my thighs together at times.
The nightmares had also carried on hence the lack of sleep and the extreme use of concealer, nonetheless I still looked good and ready to go.
I got flashbacks to the other week when Nik came strolling in once more as though he lived here.
He openly checked me out as I did the same, checking for injuries and his fit.
He was dressed matching my style in the same colour I was wearing but as a suit and his hair was combed neatly back. One silver earring in, a silver Rolex this time with silver rings. The outline for his gun was seen through his suit jacket and just the sight of him made my heart beat faster.
"Missed me" he raised his eyebrows in amusement as I shook my head "no" hiding my true feelings
I walked past him to get to my blazer about to take it off a hanger him taking instead.
He held it open for me with a self satisfied smirk as I rolled my eyes putting my arms in the sleeves a small smile growing on my face.
"Brought you a little something as a present from Kat and Diana" he told me as I locked the warehouse door
