I stormed inside the ball, mind you I was wearing one of Niks button downs and shorts so quite the scene it was

My attire and aura caused people to stop and stare as I neared Lucien and Rowena talking and smiling together in the middle of the ball room

"Fancy seeing you two here" I smiled shocking them both

"I mean you can imagine the surprise when your own supposed family sends people out to kill you" they were too shocked to speak, probably because they thought I was dead

"I mean it clearly shows a lot since you guys where to pussy to do it yourself so you had to send a little army after me" I mock pouted

"You were a mistake" Rowena spat "I tried taking you in as my own but you always acted like you were better"

"I don't act like I'm better" I smirked "I just am better"

"Tell me where you jealous when Lucien cheated on you, when you already had children at that" I wanted to cause her emotional pain

"Enough Phoenix" Lucien spoke, probably because he didn't want to seem and in front of all these people and ruin his little reputation

"And so he speaks, have you finally got a pair and decided to straight up admit your a pussy"

"And your a bastard child" he seethed

"True, but rather a bastard child then a husband who can't even stay loyal, how's our grandma doing anyways" I smirked

"What did you have to do with her death" he looked me straight in the eye

"What come one! Don't tell me that ambush didn't have my name written all over it" i threw my hands up in mock despair

"Your not a Salvatore and you never will be" Rowena crossed her arms

"Do you think I want to be a pathetic Salvatore. Carrying that name alone brings me so much embarrassment, but shall I tell you a secret" I tapped my lips twice taking a step towards her

"At least I'll live to see another day" and with that I took out my gun and shot her right in the head, gasps emitting everywhere

"What the fuck!" Lucien shouted

Serves her right for everything she did to my mother

Lucien got out his gun and pointed it at me, he gestured to his army of men to surround me.

"I didn't want to ever do this but you killed the mother of my children" and that was the last straw, I didn't think he could hurt me more then right now

"And what of my mother" I shouted "you knew she would die, you knew that fire would be set but you didn't seem to care! So why is it fair"

"I'll always be sorry about Hazel but she was causing to many problems" he looked genuinely saddened for a moment completely disregarding the fact that his wife lay dead not to far away

"But you can apologise for me, give her a hello from me will you" he gestured for his men to shoot but none of them did

I heard the door of the room swing open as Diana, Nikolai, Alfie and everyone ran in taking in the scene

"I had this all planned out from day one" I smirked causing his face to lose it's colour

"These men here all work for me, they listen to my command only" i through my head back and laughed "grab him" i gestured to two of them as they pushed him down into his knees restraining him
