"Stop being moody because your husband is away" Elira wagged her finger in front of me, I swear she was like an annoying little sister

"Fuck off Elira" I groaned, we were in one of the Monteverde's buildings and I was going through some papers which explained in details different roles and responsibilities I would have to take care of once queen.

Yesterday after my nap with Nikolai I headed out with the girls and we actually had fun

Then this morning I said goodbye to Nikolai which took longer then it should have is all I'm saying

I've been looking through these papers for about 2 hours now so I decided to take a break and finish reading them and going through them at home.

I left the building with a goodbye to Elira and Diana and headed to go do something

Remember right before I killed Lucien what he said? Well if you don't he told me about a storage locker I should check out and to be fair I'd just left checking it out for to long now so it's about time

I told the guy who works there the password and locker number as he passed me the key and left me to myself

"Well this is anticlimactic" I shook my head

It was a laptop

I shoved it in my bag and and returned the key getting on my motorbike and heading home

I walked inside the apartment changing into one of Niks Henley shirts and some shorts as I moped around, trying to persuade myself to check out what's on the laptop

Well I was about to finally push myself to do it until there was a knock on the door

It could have been Diana, Kat or Kios but they normally shout as they knock which defiantly pisses of the neighbours so I got my phone and checked out the cameras

What the fuck

"What a surprise this is" I slammed the door open crossing my arms

"I-I didn't know where else to go" she trembled

"Well how about anywhere but here, your not welcomed here" i hissed

"It's nice to see you unharmed and well" her voice wavered from my hostility

"Unharmed and well? You knew what they were like, you knew what they're plans were and how badly they wanted me dead, you knew what he did to my mother and god knows what he wanted to do to me. You led him to me, do you really think I stand here unharmed and well" I'm pissed off

"I'm-I'm sorry Phoenix"

"Well your not forgiven Astraea" I sarcastically smiled trying to cover up my hurt

"You betrayed me, your own blood when I never did shit to you, so tell me huh why are you here because it's definitely not to check up on me, you clearly don't bother with that so my guess is you need something"

She didn't answer so I carried on "wow. So you do need something why is it I only exists to you when you need something, so go on tell me what is it this time"

She stayed silent as though in fear of telling me which only raised my suspicions higher

"I'm pregnant"
