Nightmares

Wanda POV-

Lightning sends us running back inside laughing pretty soon after our moment. "Here," I grab two towels out of the laundry room. Our clothes are completely soaked through and dripping all over the floor. Y/N starts towel drying her hair and then attempts to pat down her clothes.

Even though we are inside the warm house, my body starts to shiver. "Hey, are you cold?" Y/N looks concerned as she tosses her towel into the washer. "A little," I try to clench my teeth to prevent them from chattering. "Come on, let's go get changed."

We start our walk to our rooms when we see Nat sitting in the living room. "Go for a late night run in the rain in your normal clothes?" She looks up from her book with a smirk on her face. I look down to see Y/N holding my hand still. Y/N gets ready to answer but I beat her to it, "Yep, now if you will excuse us. I need my human heater to warm me up."

Y/N raises her eyebrows at my comment. Her cheeks flood red. "Have fun, don't be too loud. I have the closest wall to both of your rooms." Nat winks at us before looking back down at her book.

I go running towards the bedrooms with Y/N in tow, both of us giggling the whole time. We both are slightly out of breath, "I can't believe what Nat said." I shut Y/N's door behind us as we step into her room. She pops off her shoes into the corner of her room before walking back over towards me, "Oh yeah, why is that? Clearly she knows something is going on." Y/N pulls off her wet hoodie as best she can but it sticks to her body and then gets stuck around her neck.

"Would you like help?" I step up to her and help pull the hoodie off. She easily gets her shirt off next leaving her in only her sports bra and jeans. She was wearing basically the same thing yesterday when I rebandaged her side but this time feels different.

Speaking of her side, I lightly place my hand on her hip to turn her. The cuts have sealed shut, now they just look like scars. "See? All healed up. I told you." She places her hand on top of mine against her body. I roll my eyes at her comment. "I still worry."

Y/N trails her free hand down my arm and interlocks our fingers. "I know you do. It is cute." She locks eyes with me as she rubs her thumb across the back of my hand. "We don't have to do anything if you don't want to. I know we were joking and talking about it earlier and yesterday but I don't want you to feel pressured."

I can tell she means it. I let go of her hand and pull back to get off my shirt. I toss it off to the side of us and then place my hands across her chest, resting my hands right below her shoulders. "I have to find out where you moved your masterpiece. And I think I want a little payback." I run my fingers along her bra straps slowly.

Y/N takes a small step forward to close the small amount of distance between us and wraps her arms around my waist. "Go ahead." She leans forward and connects our lips together. It starts out slow, testing the waters. I move my hands up her body and hook them around her neck. Y/N pulls away slightly and kisses a line back to my ear. Her breath sends chills down my body. "I am all yours."

Y/N POV-

Wanda rests her head on her hand as she looks down at me. Her naked body is pressed against mine under the covers. Her heart is still racing as she tries to get her breathing back under control.

"Did that help you warm up?" She scrunches up her nose at me and smiles. "Yes, it did." I run my fingers up and down her back lightly tracing random designs. "I am so glad I could be of help."

The storm outside seems to be finally dying down some but there is still a steady patter of rain on the roof. My normal phone dings on the table beside us. It lights up with some notifications for some emails and a calendar notification. "Who is it?" I press and hold the power button to shut it off fully. "Just some pointless emails." We just finished having sex. I don't want to bring up my dead parents.
