Y/N POV-

I had trouble sleeping but I tried to stay still so I wouldn't wake up Wanda. I stared at the ceiling almost all night until my body finally crashed asleep at some point. I open my eyes up in the morning to find the other side of the bed empty. I look at my phone to see it is almost eight.

I crawl out of bed and stumble down the hallway and stairs to find everyone in the kitchen. "Good morning," Wanda walks over to me with a cup of coffee and a smile. "Thank you," She leans forward and gives me a quick kiss before I sit down at the counter.

I can feel everyone's eyes on me as I lift the cup up to my lips. I set it back down before looking up at Nat first. "Guys, I am fine." Steve looks guilty standing in the corner. He now won't meet my eyes.

Wanda steps up behind me and places her hand on my shoulder. I glance over my shoulder at her, "We were thinking we could swing by the hotel and get our stuff then go to Hayde's house and pack him a couple things before driving back to the Avengers Facility. He is going to come back with us to the facility since he is now compromised." I nod my head. "That works."

We don't have anything to pack so we clean up the kitchen from making coffee and remake the beds before heading back out to the car. Nat tosses Steve the keys as we walk around the house to the car. "Come on, let me drive." I throw on my best pouty face but it doesn't work.

Wanda takes my hand and guides me to the backseat with Nat, Steve slides into the driver's seat, and Hayde gets shot gun. "Not fair, I don't even get shotgun?" Wanda drops her head down onto my shoulder and interlocks our hands in my lap. "You're taking an easy day. Non-negotiable. Plus, I wanted to sit with you."

I rub my thumb back and forth across Wanda's hand. "Okay," I kiss the side of Wanda's head before looking over to see Nat smirking. "Have something to say, Nat?" She shrugs her shoulders with a laugh. "Nope." Wanda has a big smile on her face too. "Am I missing a joke here?"

Nat mimics the sound of a whip causing both of them to start laughing. I catch Steve trying to hide his smile in the rearview mirror. Hayde just looks confused. "Yeah, yeah. Only for you, babe."

We pull up to the hotel and Steve throws the car into park. I go to unclick my seatbelt but Wanda stops me. "Nat and Steve are going to get our stuff for us." She wasn't kidding. They aren't going to let me do anything.

It doesn't take them long to pack up our go bags and then check out of the hotel. We made the drive over to Hayde's house quite a few times in the past couple of days so Steve doesn't need directions.

He parks across the street and climbs out of the car first. "Can I come inside with you guys, please?" Nat avoids eye contact leaving the decision up to Wanda. Hayde climbs out of the car at the same time as Nat leaving just us here.

"Babe, come on. We can both go in. I won't leave your side. I swear." I hold up my pinky finger in front of her. "Don't do anything stupid." She locks her pinky with mine then we both get out of the car and follow everyone else inside.

We watched this house for days but we never went inside. It is neat to see the inside. It is a small place, perfect size for Hayde. Steve goes with him to his bedroom to get clothes together. I walk down the hallway leading to the backroom and kitchen to look at the small yard.

This is the kind of place I always imagined having when I have a family one day. Fenced in yard. Suburban neighborhood. Kids laughing as they run around outside with our dog. Making dinner with the kids playing in the living room watching a show. Getting to spend the rest of my days with the love of my life.

"What are you thinking about?" Wanda slides her arms around my waist and places her chin on my shoulder. "This lifestyle. Having a family." Wanda looks out the backdoor at the yard with me. "Have you ever thought about it, Wanda?" She nods her head. "Of course. Maybe someday it'll happen."
