Yes this is an author's note but the beginning is very very very important. We are nearing the end of part one... But these next three chapters are going to be intense. So there are some disclaimers and notes before you continue.
1. The next chapters are going to include alcohol, and very mild sexual assault proceed with caution.
2. Marley (the main character) has ADHD... I am not in any way an expert on this topic..... I have friends and family members with ADHD and based on the research I've done I have quite a few of the symptoms that some people with ADHD have... No I am not diagnosed.... No I'm not saying I have ADHD but I do want to know if I portray things incorrectly.... I don't want to make fun of people with ADHD if something is wrong please correct me.
3. DON'T DRINK!!!! I know I'm not your mom, I'm not even old enough to be a mom but don't drink... Ok people cope with loss in their own ways I get it but drinking is only hurting you in the long run.... Don't do it.... Just don't.
4. IF YOUR IN HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING TO PARTIES!!!!! again not your mom but a lot of things can go wrong at house parties like that. Their are a lot of media examples of what things can happen at parties... What do you expect it's a house full of drunk hormonal teenagers. But still it's dangerous.... And they can get shut down by the cops..... Don't get arrested because you wanted to go to a party.... Please..
Thank you guys for hopefully taking your time to read this... And if your still reading I wanted to say a quick thank you for almost 230 reads that's crazy.
MORAL OF THIS AUTHOR'S NOTE... TRIGGERS WILL BE AHEAD I'LL MAKE SURE TO PUT A WARNING BEFORE THE PART. I'M NOT MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE WITH ADHD. AND DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID.
thank you for your time.
