Chapter 20

Sanket's POV

I'm extremely happy today. When she said it was a one time thing after our kiss, I was angry and sad. But a while then, I got to know that now she knows about my father. She knows I'm innocent. Thankyou, Randhir. Tu nahi hota toh mera kya hota, I would have never told her the truth because of my ego.

We walked in the basement club and saw a friend asking for us.
"Where were you guys?" She said.
"Um we were.." aashna was about to say.
"Anyways, come let's dance! It's romantic dance time!" Aashna's friend said and pulled us onto the floor.

The song was enna sona, one of my favourite songs. We danced to the song as I kept one of my hands on her waist, the other holding hers and she kept her hand around my neck.

I glared at her beautiful brown eyes as she glared into mine with a slight smile. We danced casually to the music and I noticed Aashna was noticing that everyone was looking at us. Obviously they would, it's our reception party today besides, I'm having the most gorgeous woman by my side today. Everyday.

"Why are the looking at us?" She said as I hugged her from the back as a dance step.

"Why won't they? I'm dancing with the most beautiful woman right now. They definitely would. Get jealous of me!" I said and smiled.

She chuckled and blushed as I twirled her around my finger. She then came back into my arms and she put her head in my chest. "Stop kidding." She said and I could sense she was blushing. We continued our slow dance and this time, everyone did so too.

"I'm not kidding. You are the most gorgeous and beautiful woman on this Earth." I said and kissed her forehead.

Aashna's POV

When we started dancing, everyone was staring at us. I got confused that what's up with everyone and asked Sanket about it. He joked that he's with the most beautiful woman here. I'm not that beautiful! But just the way he said that and kissed my forehead, that was the most special feeling ever.

Sanket, already made me feel like his queen. He made me feel so special. I'm so glad I get to experience this. I can't wait to what our future holds for us. Us, getting old together, being lively and happy with each other. God, I never even thought about me being with Sanket and now, I'm imagining my future with him!

All a girl needs in a relationship is honesty, loyalty that counts under honesty, trust, love and especially for a girl : efforts. A guy must make the girl feel special and put in efforts into the relationship. And sanket does it all. We are yet to experience complete love, trust, loyalty, honesty and all but I bet Sanket would check all of the above.

Our dance finished and we went home after eating dinner. Everyone was asleep and we went into our room too. I quickly wore my favourite avocado night suit. Removed my makeup and also pulled my hair into a ponytail. Sanket wore his pajama and removed his shirt to sleep.

I was about to sleep and Sanket asked me, "can I cuddle you to sleep?" I could sense a little awkwardness in his voice.
"Um.. I think.. we should take it... slow?" I said, I didn't want to make him more awkward or embarrassed. But I did want to take it slow because, I already told him, we don't know each other completely yet. We need to spend more time together.
