Chapter Twenty Six- Intimate

        Stopping at a rocky path, he turned off the ignition and took the bag from the back of the car and then moved to her door and opened it for her. Stepping out slowly, she kept her distance from him.

        "What are we doing here?"

        "It gets better..." He said as he led her through a path and onto sand. There, he led her further down and brought her near the water. Reaching into his bag, he took out a blanket and then placed it on the ground.

        Before she sat down, she paused.

        "Why are you doing this?"

        "You were right...I do feel..." He paused for a moment to search for the right words. "Lustful...more than anything..." Placing his hand on her cheek, he looked toward her and paused. "But there is more there...here. You and I have something strong...but i do know that being sexual was never our problem..."        

        "No." She said blushing. "What am I doing here, Colin?" She asked, moving his hand from her face.

        "Because I can not leave you alone. And I wanted to show you a place that meant something to me. Since you also mean a lot..."

        Moving from his sitting position, he stood up and began walking toward the water.

        "This is where I wrote my first song, where I got the call I was wanted for the part of Hook for Once Upon a Time, and where I realized what I wanted..."

        "What do you mean?"

        "Jennifer...I know my current circumstances are unorthodox and maybe even hurtful...please do not take them that way. I hope you know all I want is you. I have not seen anybody in the last two weeks, since the press tour...I cannot stop thinking about you and to be honest, I don't want to..."

        She slid the blouse from her shoulder to expose her skin.

        He squinted toward her.

        Standing up, he pulled her toward the water.

        "No...no...no!" She shouted as he pulled her toward the water-eventually soaking her in the water.

        Coming from the water, she rubbed her eyes and dunked him in the water. Attempting to hide from him, she went further out in the water but he went under it and got her legs. Without hesitation, she wrapped her legs around him and began kissing him. He pulled away.

        "But...Are you sure?" He asked, holding his hand against her cheek and the other on her waist, pulling her into him.

        "More than anything..."

        Moving, he carried her out of the water and onto the blanket, slowly removing her clothing until she was in nothing but her undergarments. He kissed her exposed skin and made his way back up to her lips. Looking up, he noticed something moving in the distance. Moving himself from her, he noticed it to be a photographer. Jumping up, he hid her in the blanket and back toward the car.

        "We have to find that reporter...." He said, slamming down on the gas and following the car...
