Going back to her apartment, Jennifer found a voice mail on the machine. Instantly, she could tell it was Colin. His accent still as strong as ever, she froze for a moment as she was terrified for a while she would never hear that voice again.

"I don't know how long I have to talk to you...but I just wanted to. I saw you leave and I know it's because of Helen. Thank you for saving me. He was going to kill me. The only thing that stopped him was you. Unfortunately, it took you being lured to do it. I tried to text before to worn you but I'm afraid they didn't get through. Anyway, I want to see you...I need to..."

The line went dead for a minute.

"The doctors said I was drugged with sleeping pills which caused damage to my liver. They are pumping me with stuff as we speak, I hope it's something stronger...my head is throbbing...Jennifer, I am so sorry for all of this. I never should have put you in any situation such as this one. I should have never let you go and stayed beside you and never chose Helen over you. What I'm saying is...after I am better and you are up to it, I want us to take a trip. Somewhere secluded, with very little wifi capability for obvious reasons."

She could hear doctors talk in the background as well as Helen. Her voice was stuck in her head, replaying her cruel words over and over again.

"I'm calling on a payphone here so if you want to talk, stop by. I'm awake here and am saying I want you here..." He stalled once more to talk to Colin. And in the background Jennifer heard something that gave her both ease yet discomfort. A name, one name in particular that verified her suspicions.

As she stood by Colin, Helen had made a crude comment about Jennifer. But the word she used for her sent her into rage.

"Are you going to have another 'booty-call' with Goldie?" She had asked.

Only one other person called her Goldie. Her stalker, the one hired by an anonymous source. This sent her to a place of peace. She finally knew who it was. But why? Was it because of jealousy? An inner battle with the women in Colin's life? Or was it just to be cruel? As she often knew her to be.

"Anyway love, I do hope to hear from you soon but if not, I understand. I love you." He said softly, almost in a whisper.

The message ended. Playing it again, she heard Helen say "Goldie" over and over and over again until it clicked. Recording it with her phone for evidence, she headed back over to the hospital. This time to end this once and for all...
