(Evelyn)

It was the first night home with our little guy and I seemed to have forgotten how peaceful and perfect the hours of the night are when you're up with a baby.

The house was quiet, the nursery dimly lit, all my babies asleep under one roof and my sweet fiancé keeping the bed warm while I'm up with Dallas.

Like every one of my other kids, I enjoy the quiet, simple moments between them and I. I stroked his face as his eyes got heavy while he had his bottle.

Once we were done with the bottle, I burped him and rocked him softly. I looked at my Instagram, wondering how on Earth Jay & I would announce our relationship, our son and our engagement.

Upon refreshing my feed, I saw a photo that shouldn't have bothered me like it did.

Right away I spot her baggage, her Vegas home, that key necklace and a tshirt from the museum that use to be Zak's by the size. Right away I know they're back together.

It shouldn't bug me but it nags. At the same time though, I also know she's just being used as a revenge rebound. There's no way that she could be anything more after how mad he was at the hospital.

I looked down at Dallas who was fast asleep. I smiled, kissed his cheek and carried him back to our room. Nothing mattered more to me than my fiancé and my children.
