Grayson and Emery had to be the luckiest kids around.

When the guys came over to hang or plan other investigations, they always wanted to play with the kids as well.

Grayson loved the attention. Daddy's friends, his uncles, were the coolest people ever to him. Though he was so little, they were so interested in teaching him all about the investigation tools.

Grayson was almost two. His only words about it all was ghost. Ghost, ghost, ghost.

Aaron spoiled the hell out of Grayson. Our kids being the only littles of the GAC meant they were spoiled.

Zak often insisted on holding Emery while she was sleeping while he was watching films and recording voice overs.

Like Gray, Emery was a cuddler and would sleep in his arms for hours.

During the time the guys were over, I would head to the gym and move my body to keep my sanity.

It had already been eight months since Emery arrived. She had already grown so stinking much it was insane.

Just before she was born, Zak & I sat down and mapped out his next investigation.

The deal was that he was going to be able to be on investigation just up until Em was born and then her first month and a half of life, he'd be home.

Technically he put me on maternity leave from the museum so he spent the last month and a half at the museum as well as filming Screaming Room until I was able to get back to work.

He would be leaving soon and as much as I trusted him, I still had that fear of what happened last time he was gone.
