Zak left Monday morning. God, I hated when he left. Nancy hung around with us to help me with the kids and Gracie. I still managed the museum while he was away and the fans always cheered me up by asking about Z when they'd see me.

I was almost 10 weeks pregnant. I felt so great. Zak was away but we spoke every night. He was working in Virginia City, about 6 hours away from here. The museum was full of a new kind of energy since the box was opened.

Grey was now two years old. Emery was 9 months. I was 2 and a half months into this pregnancy and I felt amazing with where life was headed.

It was any other day in Virginia City. We were conducting interviews today and investigating tomorrow.

I was still so excited for our new baby. Fans would stop me on the street and ask about my little family.

"How's Evelyn and Grayson and Emery? Is Gracie doing good? Do you want your baby to be a little girl or a little boy?" They'd ask.

I can't believe we were ever worried about what the fans would think. I personally think the fans love that I'm a family man now.

Towards the end of the day, my back really started to bother me. This wasn't a usual pregnancy pain I had with the other two kids but it wasn't unbearable.

I had just put the little ones to bed for the night. It was 8:30 or so and I plugged the heating pad in to lay on in bed.

I was watching Netflix while Gracie laid in Zak's spot beside me. My lower abdomen began to hurt and it felt almost like period cramps.

The pain persisted and I began to feel contractions. I hit a wave of nausea and stood up to go to the restroom.

My stomach was still contracting and aching. This wasn't normal. I didn't feel normal.

I noticed a little bit of blood and knew I needed to call somebody...
