Charlie: Adie grabbed a dress from the closet and got dressed in the bathroom while I tried to calm my pulse down. She always made me extremely nervous. Even after 10 years she took my breath away. When Adie came out, I was amazed. She was wearing the black dress I designed for her a few weeks ago. It was kind of a pre-birthday present. "Wow!!" I said with a proud grin in my voice. Next to me sat the most beautiful woman in the world, with an oversized panda in her arms and a sweet, happy smile on her face. After these tough 2 weeks, it was just beautiful to see her smile again. Adie cuddled on my arm through the entire movie. Later we walked home arm-in-arm. I told Adie that I would bring her home and then unfortunately have to go. She nodded, but her face twisted into a sad expression. She didn't want me to leave... *if she knew* I thought secretly and suppressed a grin. It was exactly 8pm when we stood in front of her house. All the lights were out when Adie opened the door...
