The Doctor and Celestia were sitting in the console room, talking to each other when Charley entered.
"Good morning, Charley." Celestia beamed.
"Good morning." Charley said. "Did you two stay awake the whole night?" She questioned.
"We've been busy." The Doctor shrugged off.
"Don't be rude." She told him telepathically, narrowing her eyes at him.
"Doing what?" She questioned. Celestia was about to answer when Stolas entered the room, finding a new place to lie down.
"That." She said, instead, looking in the direction of Stolas.
"Oh, my. Who is this?" Charley asked. "Did you two adopt him last night?" She questioned. She couldn't help but feeling jealous again.
"No." The Doctor said simply. Instead, Celestia began to explain.
"He is my familiar."
"Familiar? What does that mean?" Charley asked, confused.
"Well, familiar refers to a goblin who takes the shape of an animal to help his witch or warlock. He is my partner, basically." Celestia explained.
"How can he help you while he looks like an animal?" Charley questioned.
"When necessary he could return to his true form. That's how." She replied. "He's bound to me. If something were to happen to me, he would die too because of heartbreak. But if something happened to him, I would feel like there is a big hole in my soul or that's what they tell me."
"That's so sad." Charley said. She wouldn't want to have a familiar if that was what would happen in the end.
"Yes, but everyone dies someday so it's normal at the same time." Celestia said, making The Doctor look at her seriously.
"Don't say that."
"Sorry." She apologized.
"So, where to now?" Charley asked.
"Doctor, can we go to Garazone Bazaar?" Celestia looked at him.
"Of course. But is everything alright?" The Doctor questioned, worry in his voice.
"I don't know." She sighed sadly. "Ever since he came back, Stolas is acting a bit weird. It's like he's sick but I don't know what to do. Maybe they can give something that can help him." She looked down, saddened.
"Why didn't you say something earlier?" The Doctor frowned.
"Well, I thought he would get better by the time Charley woke up."
"Looks like he didn't. Let's not waste any more time." The Doctor said as he got up from his chair to set the coordinates for the bazaar.
Charley looked at her, seeing how sad she seemed. She sat down next to her and said:
"I'm sorry, Celestia." She said, honestly. "I hope you can find what you're looking for in there."
"Thank you, Charley. It means a lot." She smiled warmly at her. They continued to talk to each other for a little longer before The Doctor announced:
"We've arrived."
"Hey, Stolas." Celestia told to the familiar, held him in her arms.
"Yes?" He questioned.
"We're gonna go out for a bit to find something helpful for you. You're gonna be alright while we're gone?" She asked while petting him.
"I think so."
