Wow." Grace exclaimed as they entered The Tardis. They heard sound of cloister bell which got the Time Lords worried.
"Do you hear that?" The Doctor asked to the group.
"Yes." Grace answered.
"That's a warning." The Protector said.
"The Tardis is dying." Celestia said , finishing her brother's sentence. She was extremely upset with the condition of the Tardis. She didn't deserve to die just because an amoral Time Lord wanted to live a little longer.
"This is amazing." Grace said. She didn't really notice the look Celestia was giving her. Celestia didn't like this woman at all. Who would be excited about something that was so sad?
"This is no good. We don't even have enough auxiliary power to move next door." The Doctor said as the monitor flashed "Timing Malfunction."
The Doctor asked to Grace for the beryllium chip and warned her to be careful. He then opened a panel in the console then tried to fix the problem and close the Eye of Harmony. The Protector helped him too while Celestia watched them worriedly.
"This looks pretty low-tech." Grace said.
"Low tech?" Celestia asked with a scoff. Grace sent her a glare but she ignored it.
"Grace, this is a Type Forty Tardis, able to take you to any planet in the universe and to any date in that planet's existence." The Doctor explained to Grace, not noticing what happened between two girls.
"Temporal physics." Celestia finished for him. The Doctor laughed at it silently. She always loved to cut him off.
"Oh, you mean like interdimensional transference." Grace said as she tried to comprehend. "That would explain the spatial displacement we experienced as we passed over the threshold."
The Doctor paused for a minute, sharing a look with the Time Twins. "Yes, if you like." Then he got the Beryllium chip attached.
"Yes!" he exclaimed happily. Then The Cloister Bell stopped.
"There! The Eye is closing." The Protector said, happily.
"Yes. Now, let's see." The Doctor said. Celestia came right beside him to support him in any way she can. Then The Doctor hit the console.
"Come on!" Celestia cried out.
"Oh, no." The Doctor finished for her, looking disappointed.
"What?" Grace asked. She had no clue as to why they reacted this way.
"I've a horrible feeling we're already too late." The Protector said, looking at the monitor as well.
"It's 11:48. We still have eleven minutes." Grace said, trying to reassure herself and the Time Lords.
"There's no context. Hold on." The Doctor said. He threw a big lever and the ceiling turned into a representation of space.
"What are you doing?" Grace asked the trio.
"We're setting coordinates for one minute after midnight." The Doctor said, as he and the twins worked on the console.
"Why?" Grace asked as she tried to understand. She didn't understand most of the things they said and it annoyed her. She wanted to comprehend everything without someone explaining to her.
"If this is true, the Eye has been open too long and there is no future." Celestia said.
" I only hope. Oh, no!" The Doctor said worryingly as in the representation, planets started to explode.
