A lot of happened since Celestia's last travel with The Doctor. As soon as they got back from Singapore, her brother found her and told her the bad news about their mother. Apparently, there was an attack on the sorcerer academy and their mother was killed because of this. Celestia was so heartbroken that she didn't leave her room in The Tardis for a month, except for going to the bathroom and for food. The Doctor did everything he could to cheer her up but nothing seemed to work. One day, he entered her room and practically dragged her so that she can go out. She attempted to break free of his grip but it only turned out to be futile.
"At least let me change." Celestia groans.
"Use your magic." The Doctor says, simply.
"Sweetheart, please let me stay here for a while." Celestia sighs. "I'm not ready to go on an adventure yet."
"You've been saying that for a month." The Doctor shakes his head, refusing to let go of Celestia. "If you want to get better, you're gonna have to come with me and Charley."
"I'll come with you two after this adventure, okay?" Celestia tries to convince the Time Lord.
"No." He says firmly. Then they come inside the console room. Charley comes to her side and hugs her tightly.
"Oh I'm so glad to see you again, Celestia." Charley says.
"I'm glad to see you too." Celestia says, pulling apart from her. The Doctor watches this interaction with a small smile on his face. "However, I wanted to stay for a little while." She says. "He didn't let me." She points a finger at him accusingly.
"Well then he's done the right thing." Charley says.
"Oh you too?" Celestia groans.
"Oh yes." Charley laughs.
"Okay, okay." Celestia holds her hands up in surrender. "I'm gonna come this time, just let me take a shower and change into fresh clothes. I swear I won't lock myself in my room again." She looks at The Doctor, with a look that tells him that she means what she's saying.
"Okay fine." The Doctor says.
"Won't be long." Celestia says as she presses a kiss to his cheek and goes straight into her room.
The Doctor has made a cup of tea for himself and a cup of coffee for Celestia. Then Celestia enters the console room.
"Look what I've made." The Doctor says.
"Thank you, sweetheart. That's exactly what I need." Celestia gives a genuine laugh. This was her first laugh in weeks. The Doctor feels happy to see her laugh again. Then they both take a sip from their drinks.
"I knew you would cheer up when you drank your coffee." The Doctor says, pressing a kiss to her cheek.
"You know me so well." Celestia chuckles. The Doctor is about to answer but the rapid beeps on the console stops him.
"What, what, what?" The Doctor asks, looking at the scanner. "Temporal energy discharge. Yes, temporal energy discharge. Temporal energy discharge consistent with energy signature Type Seventy Gallifreyan Time Capsules." He explains.
"What?" Celestia frowns as she looks at the scanner as well. "A whole flotilla of them distinctly in our way."
"What are our fellow Time Lords up to now?" The Doctor asks.
"Not like them to parade around the vortex in large numbers." Celestia mutters.
"Well, they don't seem to have noticed us. Perhaps we should say hello." The Doctor says, looking at Celestia.
