Fizzing of faulty electrics in background was still heard.

"Vol, is there any way you can find out where the intruder is heading?" The Captain asked.

"Er, well, I suppose one of us could go prodding around in the infrastructure with a big stick and a torch. But apart from that, er, no. I've got no power for the security scan, you see. On top of that, ninety per cent of the ship's lighting's blacked out, the inter-space transmitter's dead, the" Vol's explanation was cut off by Grash.

"Where the hell has this thing come from, that's what I want to know." Grash insisted.

"I would have thought that was obvious." Celestia said as Ike and Chev entered.

"Blimey. It's dark out there." Ike said.

"What are they doing here?" Chev asked.

"Oh, we're your scapegoats." Charley said, making Celestia laugh.

"You'll be dead scapegoats if you don't shut up." Chev said, threatening them.

"In which case you'll be on trial for murder, Chev." The captain said, calmly.

"Did you see what they did to Kelsey?" Chev questioned further.

"We haven't done anything to Kelsey." Celestia said, as she tried to calm herself down. She was already angry at The Doctor and this woman was making everything worse.

"Just calm down, Chev. Think about it. What proof have we got that they really did it? They don't look anywhere near strong enough." Ike said, agreeing with Celestia.

"But their hands are covered in blood!" Chev exclaimed.

"We were trying to stop your friend from bleeding to death. If you'd rushed him back to your sickbay rather than worry about accusing us, you might even have saved him." Celestia said as she looked at Chev pointedly. She couldn't hold herself back anymore.

"Don't you dare!" Chev said then she tried to attack Celestia. However, Celestia stopped her using her magic that made her unable to move.

"Chev!" Ike exclaimed.

"Perhaps we should calm down a little. Celestia let her go, please." The Doctor tried to calm her down. He took her face in his hands, forcing her to look at him. When he did that, Celestia unintentionally let go of Chev because her focus wasn't on her anymore. "I know you're angry with me because you think I don't trust you but you couldn't be more wrong. We're gonna talk about it when we solve the problem in here, okay?" He said as he kissed the top of her head.

"So you trust me with my powers?" Celestia looked at him with hope in her eyes.

"Of course I do." The Doctor said immediately. "When we're alone, you're going to tell me who filled your head with these ideas, okay?" He asked her, pulling her to his chest and letting her hide her face there.

"No one." Celestia whispered for only The Doctor to hear.

"Chev, they'd be covered in blood from head to toe if they'd done that to Kelsey." Ike tried to calm Chev down.

"Which leaves you with a mystery." The Doctor said once he was sure that Celestia was calm enough. The Doctor let go of Celestia only to hold her by the waist, keeping her as close to him as possible. "One that we could help you to solve."

"That's very generous of you, Doctor." Charley said, sarcastically.

"All right, so, where did this thing in the infrastructure come from?" Grash asked.

"Er, well, are you and Chev, is it?" The Doctor asked the two.

"Yeah. Are we what?" Chev asked, confused.
